Cons:

No estaban en el aeropuerto al llegar , demoraron media hora en recogernos y lo más importante se cayó en la noche al piso un aro de matrimonio se pidió por favor que buscaran y al preguntar si lo encontraron los de la limpieza dicen que no ( difícil de creer) .. una pena por ser tan importante para nosotros ..

Recepção e atendimento dos funcionários. Atenção especial do sr. Pedro..muito gentil e atencioso com os hóspedes. Também agradeço aos outros funcionários que me atendeu muito bem porém tive mais contato com o sr. Pedro.

Cons:

Não tem elevador e fiquei no terceiro andar, mas o sr. Pedro levou a mala até o apartamento.

Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Allerdings ist der nächtliche Straßenlärm am Wochenende ein Albtraum! Die ersten Nächte wurde es noch irgendwann gegen Mitternacht ruhig und ich konnte schlafen, in der letzten Nacht war daran nicht zu denken.

La atención fue muy buena , en especial el personal del desayuno, tuvieron la consideración de atendernos pasando la hora de atención.

Diría que no me gustó la TV , ya que no era Smart TV y además las baterías del control estaban bajas .

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l'hôtel avec mes amis, et nous avons fait le trek du canyon de Colca entre les 2 nuits. La réception nous a prêté des serviettes et nous a fourni le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner sur place est complet et très bon!
