Room was clean and nicely appointed
Reception desk is like that of a ghetto gas station. It’s sealed in glass, so that you must shout to the staff through a small opening at the bottom. It is not at all welcoming, in fact it gives the impression that the place has been robbed frequently, or that it is an unsafe neighborhood. Also, at 7 am the scrambled eggs already had a layer of crust, and they, along with the other items were cold. The breakfast area was not well maintained.
Good bed, good wifi, helpful staff, good shower
Hotel moderno, limpio, checkin rápido, buen desayuno, parking dentro de las instalaciones del hotel con techo, alrededores seguro, lo recomendaría
El desayuno estuvo super bien, muy completo y rico, variedad de alimentos. Reserve 2 habitaciones dobles y el espacio fue perfecto, doss baños, 1 completo y otro medio baño y amenidades suficientes.
Lo unico desagradable fue el olor a humedad de las habitaciones, podrian cuidar mas esa parte. y considerar cambiar las fundas de las almohadas ya que tenian un aspecto sucio.
Los desayunos eran ricos
El primer día de alojamiento al dormir en las sábanas no se si habían bichos pero no dejaron dormir picaban mucho y se le dijo al de la recepción para que cambiaran las sábanas pero nunca las cambiaron. Es algo retirado del centro
La cama es muy comoda
El bufette desayuno es muy escaso
Que el hotel estaba limpio y amplio
Jamás me dieron la habitación que yo pagué, espere 1 hora xq NO ME ENTREGARON MI HABITACIÓN y me tuve q hacer a lo que fui a CDMX sin cuarto y para cuando regrese me dieron otro y no hubo ni disculpa ni alguna compensación o algo en el cual yo quedará satisfecha

El personal la verdad creo que la persona de recepción que se encuentra en la entrada principal es super mega grosero yo creo que es el dueño o el hijo del dueño por que es una persona grosera prepotente y de muy mal carácter observe una situación con una señorita que se hospedo una noche que la verdad se me hizo super impropio de este tipejo...
Good location, comfortable room with great air conditioning and WiFi, good shower, decent breakfast.
No air conditioning in gym (remote wasn’t there and no one to ask). Breakfast starts very late on Sundays. No bags in any of the bins. Iron missing from room.
Quiet, comfortable, clean and good value for money.
The breakfast was served 7-11 AM, but arriving after 8 you wouldn't find much.
