Ideal familias que visitan Niagara Falls
Pros:

Muy buena estancia. El personal fue encantador, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación y las instalaciones, estupendas.

Por lo demás, todo perfecto y estuvimos muy a gusto.

Cons:

Como aspectos a mejorar, el desayuno nos pareció algo pobre y agradeceríamos más opciones saludables. Además, durante nuestra estancia no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación, algo que creemos que debería mejorarse.

One night stay near Niagara Falls
Pros:

This is a great place to stay because it is so close to the falls. this with in walking distance of all shops, food places, and the Falls. The hotel is rather dated and doesn’t have any smart TVs just regular TV. We would prefer smart TVs. But the hotel was nice and clean and the staff was excellent to work with. Overall, it’s a very good hotel to stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was $11/person. Very expensive. I thought of getting a free breakfast because I was paying approx $300/night. I decided to have breakfast and lunch outside.

We went on a spontaneous trip to the falls and this hotel was absolutely perfect.

Fun trip!
Pros:

This was a fantastic hotel! The service of the staff was incredible. We loved the location and had a great time! The pool was great and so was the breakfast!

Suitable place for staying for up to two nights in Niagara Falls
Pros:

The breakfast in buffet form was fully sufficient, we did not really miss anything, although the variety of food could be better. The location was great - close to the Falls, also shops and restaurants were in close vicinity. The room was okay, the beds, except for the sofa for our son, were comfortable. The size of the room was sufficient (just for sleeping), the bath was fine als well and everything was tidy and clean. The view from the roof terrace was fantastic!

Cons:

The temperature of the breakfast room: it was much too cold! I was freezing and I did not feel comfortable. Luckily, we were prepared for "winter" conditions in inside rooms accross the US and brought our winter clothes with us. Due to this fact the overall rating was significantly downgraded (5 instead of 7). Same applies to "comfort" - two grades down as well.

Fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back!
Pros:

The property was clean and easy to find everything! The 6th floor lounge area on the roof was excellent for relaxing and watching fireworks. The pool was clean and they had warm air in the pool room as well!

Pros:

Location. The initial encounter was ok. I waited for a few minutes before anyone came to the desk. She was pleasant and won me back by allowing early check in.

Cons:

Body wash was empty. It's the little things on vacation I don't want bothered with. There was no view. The room was standard at best.

Great stay and I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. I appreciated the real eggs, fruit, potatoes, good coffee etc…
The hotel location is awesome- we parked and never used our car until we were ready to leave. We walked to Niagara Falls and all attractions from our hotel. I’d stay here again

Cons:

The parking garage could use some updating. Parking was fine, but the stairwells to/from the garage were sketchy. The included parking pass was very nice and worked well.
