WiFi not working but otherwise we had a great experience staying here. Room was very clean, comfortable, everything as expected.

Very rude staff, filthy carpet, dusty room, bed too soft, not recommended for the price you pay and hyatt member were not welcome. For a healthy stay avoid staying at this hotel.

Loved the location of hotel and overall service by hotel staff. Breakfast was my most favorite part. Not needed to take out car since all the attraction was in walking distance only, although we were having stroller and wheelchair .

we stayed in different cities before... our one of choices when come to hotels to stay.... overall a nice hotel and close to everything. We will love it.
Nice location
Stay for 3 nights but non of the days had house keeping, only put some fresh towels instead.
Beds comfy, liked 2 queens and sofabed. Good size room. location perfect, close to Niagara Park and Falls and eateries . Safe area. Check in and out easy.
Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

Convenient location
The building looks new in the outside but inside it is dirty and broken. Management is not taking good care of this facility. I never expected to see a Hyatt this dirty and run down. Needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE. Also customer service was poor.
We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls this month!
The hotel is extremely clean, including the rooms, the pool and the gym - everything felt brand-new and was obviously well cared for. But the best part of our stay was the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, who were truly wonderful. A very special shout out to Shanta, who's warmth and care made it feel like "home" during our stay, and especially for how she made my daughter feel like a VIP!
We brought our dog with us during our stay and she loved it, too.
The location is incredible, you are about 100 yards from Niagara Falls State Park (which I learned was the first state park in America!) and 400 yards from Niagara Falls itself! Walking my dog there every morning during vacation felt like a dream.
The morning breakfast was awesome and a huge variety of goods. Having a bar and restaurant onsite was great for my family, too.
We really loved our trip to Niagara Falls and would tell everyone we know to stay at Hyatt Place and nowhere else!
The hotel is located right next to the state park, so the next morning we were able to just walk over and visit Niagara Falls, which was amazing! What I liked most about this hotel is definitely its location. The hotel itself is decent—nothing too fancy, but not bad either. Honestly, I have no complaints. They also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise since I wasn't sure if it was originally included in my booking.
The room should have been cleaner, and it would be great if they added a light, fresh fragrance to the air. I mean they cleaned as per normal check out standard, but I was exepected more fresh fragance in the room air.
