Location
I was extremely disappointed by the way this hotel handled a serious guest concern.
Upon arrival, the front desk agent was rude, dismissive, and showed very little interest in helping us. We were assigned a room with a deeply disturbing view: there was a dead bird lying in water directly outside our window, near what appeared to be a ventilation area or drainage pipe, with water visibly running toward or into the building. This was not just unpleasant to look at; it raised an obvious sanitary concern.
I tried to resolve the situation calmly and simply asked to be moved to another room. The front desk agent told me there were no rooms available. She also told me there was no supervisor on site. Only after I showed video of the dead bird and insisted that it be removed immediately from the area near the pipe leading into the building did another room suddenly become available.
That sequence of events was unacceptable. A guest should not have to argue, provide video evidence, and escalate a sanitary concern before the hotel decides to help. It also left us wondering whether the dead bird and the water issue were ever properly addressed for the safety and comfort of other guests.
A hotel should do more than collect payment. It has a responsibility to maintain a clean, safe, and professionally managed environment. Based on this experience, we will never stay with this hotel brand again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects basic hospitality, honesty, or sanitary standards.
Location near the falls. Roof with view.
Parking in the garage on the oposite side of the street.Small problem with drive in.
The location was fantastic! It was close to everything we wanted to do.
The view from our room was perfect, seeing the Canada skyline and the observation deck was great for watching the nightly fireworks.
I wish there was more security, like having to use your key to get into elevators.
Hotel staff was excellent.
Parking lot was not well kept
Room was in a good position to see the fireworks. Breakfast was good.
It looked worn and old in areas. Niagara Falls city government needs to clean up the area and modernize the buildings. Let some fresh investors in.
Location
Location/proximity to Niagara Falls, ease of access, friendly staff, clean
The noise from people passing in the hallways/talking was loud (thin walls). Do not think the breakfast was worthy of extra cost. It was similar to continental breakfasts that are complimentary in other locations.
Location
One washer one dryer for guests. very average room n breakfast
Location was great
The hotel is Dirty & filthy!!
1. When we came bake to the room the second day the room was not cleaned at all - we were told (bluntly) that last month the rules were changed and cleaning is only every other day (we we’re literally reprimand why we complain…)
2. When we came bake to the room the THIRD day the room was not cleaned at all - this time we the receptionist was very kind and asked for our understanding that things are not prefect in high season… at least he really rushed to bring us 2 clean towels (which on the previous night we were unsuccessful to get even the fresh towels bit only an hour later)
3. The overall dirtiness of the corridors was just unbelievable (I’ll save you the examples)
I really think we (all the hotel guests) deserve much better service and human attention - and I must say that it does not represent our experience with any of the Hyatt chain hotels…
It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Exceptional staff & service. We will definitely return.
I wish we had been made aware of the parking situation prior to arrival. There was a summer fair going on and it made it nearly impossible to gain entrance to the hotel, only for or us to have to turn around and park our cars across the street. I think valet parking would be an incredible asset to this beautiful hotel.
Thanks

Weren’t advised that there was a fair on at the time we visited which made it complicated for tourists not knowing where they were. No rooftop bar as suggested in advertising.
It was the closest to the Niagara Falls.
No decent Indian food around..
The ones there would only open for lunch time!
No bakery shop or you don’t get to eat anything until 11am…
