Pros:

Отель находился примерно в двухстах метрах от площади КЫЗЫЛАЙ и был расположен в очень удобном месте. Он был рядом со всеми остановками общественного транспорта, автобусными остановками и метро. Завтрак был очень хорошим, а чистота — на высоком уровне.

Cons:

Что касается персонала, то на завтраке работали мужчина средних лет и молодой человек в очках. Оба были неприветливыми: здороваешься с ними, а они даже не отвечают на приветствие. В целом, за исключением двух сотрудников — девушки на стойке регистрации и молодого человека на ресепшене, — остальной персонал отеля показался мне неприветливым. С ними здороваешься, а они не отвечают. Поэтому, кроме этих двух сотрудников, персонал отеля мне совсем не понравился. В нашем номере был телевизор старой модели. Это был не Smart TV, у него не было доступа к интернету. Он показывал только турецкие телеканалы, что создавало определённые неудобства, так как во время отдыха невозможно было пользоваться интернет-функциями на телевизоре. Никаких дополнительных функций у телевизора не было.

رائحة الحمام سيئه جدا جدا جدا، الحمام بحاجه الي صيانه طارئه لمنع تسريب المياه. الغرفه رائحتها سيئه بسبب الحمام. ( تسريب المياه في الحمام غير طبيعي)، الحكه الشديده من الفراش. سوتش واحد لكل الانوار في الغرفه

Mi habitación daba a la calle y a la noche el local de enfrente tuvo música muy fuerte hasta las 2 de la mañana, lo cual no me dejó dormir. Esto fue los dias de semana lunes y martes.

Не приветливые люди в ресепшен. Никто не здоровается . Особенно хочу выразить свое недовольство и попросить начальство отеля предпринять меры по отношению к сотруднику ресепшена Гекхану (Gokhan). Он агрессивный, грубый, не умеет общаться с клиентами . Первый день в Анкаре и первое впечатление о людях этой страны было испорчено именно им . Повторно не вернусь в этот отель из за них. Положительные стороны это разнообразный и вкусный завтрак.

Good for its value.
Pros:

I have visited this hotel since 2019. It's a 3star hotel and good for its value. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The location is the best. The breakfast became better. Its quite various. But I would like to advise to remove deep-fried meals such as potato, because they are bad for health. Actually, I don't understand why almost all Turkish hotels serve French fries for breakfast. It's really harmful for health.

Cons:

It's noisy in the evenings because of the bar with a loud music nearby, but loud stops till 0.00 and closed windows can save ))
