Would no stay there again.
Pros:

The distance to the parks

Cons:

They xtra charge $20 per day , still not sure for what. Also there was no internet the my entire stay, never got fixed.

Excellent room, clean and quite with lake view
Pros:

Excellent hotel, booked last minute as alternative accommodation to leave a bad hotel experience on I drive. This hotel made our holiday, the comfortable, spacious, clean accommodation was fully equipped with everything we possibly needed. We stayed for 7 nights and had the most wonderful time, the pool area, the laundry room, mini putting green, the corridors the elevators everything was always super clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and always available tea and coffee was nice. Security on access to pool and side door of hotel made it feel very safe. Reception staff always greeted us on arrival and leaving, very friendly. Staff dropped fresh towels to room when cleaning hadn't been completed and anything requested was delivered too room within 5 minutes very efficient. Lake view room kept our kids entertained looking for alligators ! Every night was quite and peaceful we had great rest in this most wonderful hotel, zero comparison to the hotel we endured 3 horrible nights at before changing to here !

Cons:

As we booked on our arrival day we had one queen room with a sofa bed as our only option. The sofa bed for our kids to sleep on, It was a little uncomfortable as the mattress was thin, but the staff did provide a topper to soften it.

Fiyat fayda dengesi açısından bize hitap etti. Ücretsiz otoparkı olması olumlu. Personel ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda daha fazla çeşit olmalı. Odaya giriş saati biraz daha erken olabilir.

Would recommend although there are plenty of nearby hotel options in area so do your research.
Pros:

Staff at front desk was helpful and attentive to needs. On-site staff to assist with Universal Resort needs.
Location was great. Close to Universal and other stores, shoppes and restaurants.
Breakfast was standard if you have had other hotel food.
Free parking. Easy to book ride-share, if needed, to get around locally.
Quiet.
Plenty of on-site laundry machines.

Cons:

Pool hours not ideal. Closed too early.
Gym had an odour.

Habitación simple, limpia y ubicación privilegiada para ir a Universal.
Pros:

El Hotel si bien es modesto en sus instalaciones cumple perfectamente el objetivo para alguien que va principalmente a los parques y atracciónes en donde el hotel pasa a un segundo plano porque solo se utiliza para domir. La clave en esos viajes es una habitación con buenas camas, la limpieza, un desayuno (en este caso sería normal), parking y cercanía a parques y centros comerciales. El lugar cumple con esas condiciones, no es un hotel para pasar el día por que los ammenities no son de lo mejor.

Cons:

La pileta es muy básica aunque no la utilicé ni necesitaba hacerlo.

O quarto em si era muito bom, com cozinha, duas camas e ainda sofá cama. Tamanho bom.

Os travesseiros, todo dia acordava com dores no pescoço. O travesseiros precisam ser melhorados.
