Clean, great service, excellent breakfast and good value for money.

The location is quite bad. It is located exactly where the trams withdraw to the depot. The price is quite high. I mean, for about the same money I stayed in the V district. With a slightly more expensive difference, but the location and the hotel are not comparable

The room was very spacious and comfortable, equiped with all what I needed. Room service every day. Bathroom was clean and nice, shower area could be improved to secure better the water going out on the bathroom floor. Access to the room by stairs or elevator. Staff was welcoming and answered all my needs immediately. Area around the hotel was nicely organized, a little bit of noise in the evening (from outside) but not too disturbing. Restaurant was very good, with traditional hungarian kitchen. Restaurant staff were very kind, patient and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

Location - 100 m from point of meeting - perfect
Atmosphere - didn't feel it because it was just one night stand
Rooms - OK - missing free water, I think - only in mini bar
Value - relation: price vs. quality - acceptable
Cleanliness - OK
Noise level - didn't notice
Service - the best part is definitely the Staff
Amenities - didn't feel it.

Staff is amazing, rooms are clean and cozy and the hotel overall looks very nice. It is a bit far from the city center, but it’s 2mins walk from tram 49 that takes you right to the center. Would come back every time, price is pretty low for the value.

Room wasn’t prepared for a couple (twin room beds put together) despite it being requested, and took 2 days to get it changed. We’re new to the country so we’re very apologetic in asking if it could be changed while we were out, or if we could purchase a double room, but the staff were very reluctant to help and unfriendly.
The room was dated and the carpets were stained, but it’s a cheap room so can’t complain too much as the bed and bathroom were clean (other than one stray pubic hair!)
Upon leaving were were charged for the contents of the fridge (perhaps our mistake in thinking it was complimentary) but ended up costing a bomb for some mini crappy fizz which he assured me was ‘champagne’. Hilarious. It came to half the cost of the room.
Would recommend spending more and getting someone more centrally located if visiting Budapest.

One night only, but great everything and breakfast also! Kind receptionist and other when having breakfast. Didn't really sleep much because I had to work on something, but they were kind even when I asked for slippers and a toothbrush around 1am :).

Photo was taken for fun, since the chair was impressive. But, there are more beautiful things (especially breakfast) that I didn't take a photo of.
I also liked that it is beautiful and modern but when I get into the room it reminds me a bit of the Eastern European old charm ...

The apartment is spacious, clean. The heat can be adjusted according to your wishes. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Quite well insulated, although it is a tram depot the noise is not disturbing. The only minus is the breakfast which is not varied, quite poor for a 4 star hotel.

My daughter & I stayed for 1 night whilst waiting for a train connection. Everything was great. Easy check in and very comfortable room. Only would have liked to have an English movie channel.
