Tutto! Gentilezza, pulizia al massimo, ottima prima colazione! Unico neo un po’ la doccia vecchia che si staccavano i pommeli! Lo staf meraviglioso! Torneremo!

Hotel à éviter car pas à la hauteur de son prix

Établissement à éviter à tout prix. L’accueil où l’homme à la réception ne m’a pas dit un seul mot, n’a même pas répondu à mon bonjour alors que je parle italien couramment. Ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. Bruit (de sceaux, de balais, de portes) très fort le matin à côté de ma chambre à 6h45 car le placard du ménage était à côté de ma chambre. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, ni bouilloire. Petit déjeuner très industriel avec peu de choix. Le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôte est très mauvais

Pros:

Amazing and courteous staff! I cannot say enough good things about everyone we interacted with there. So kind and helpful and they go above and beyond. We got sick just as we were arriving, and they helped us get medical help and made sure we had everything we needed. Brought us room service as well.
