I thought the place was appropriate fro my needs and satisfactory to my expectations.
Pros:

well presented and clean , modern design, conveniently located with views over channel.

Cons:

no lift to lower level and steps steep to navigate with a bag.(from reception)

Very good value for money and extremely comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

In a convenient location.
The room was comfortable and very quiet.
The restaurant and bar were above us which was very convenient and all staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The sealant in the shower looked a little grubby and the toilet seat wobbled.

Location, shower was great, bed was soft but comfortable, toiletries provided were nice, very clean. Harrison was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Not wheelchair friendly, this should never be an issue in 2026.
