Great location.
Pros:

This location was terrific. The room was fine. But the bed was ridiculous. It leaned so badly that I ended up stacking a bunch of things under the mattress to keep from rolling out of bed. I would probably still stay here for all the other positives. But they really need to fix the beds.

A choice that might not be for everyone…
Pros:

The exterior looks very nice and the location is very close to the bus and train stations.

Cons:

I hadn’t appreciatedI was entirely on my own after the key card was given to me by a staff person who then left the building. Exit and entry was through a staircase at the street with a key code to get in, which was unnerving. I found the room cold and somewhat noisy to the street below. The satellite TV did not work so that was out.

Pros:

Accessible position in old town

Cons:

Room was cramped with lots of old and shabby furniture, TV didn't work, overhead lampshade held on by magnets fell down on us. No staff only emergency number. Cancelled second night without refund.

The room was completely renovated and brand new. The location is completely central

Never be back, or recommend it.
Pros:

Waiting outside after phoning the number and being greeted and not asked inside. Told to wait while he looked at the reservation

Cons:

Waiting over a minute to get into the room as the card system had a delay/ malfunction.

not value for money would not return or reccoment overpriced

kitchen facilities and sink were in a cupboard , only 1 loo roll for 3 ppl , toilet took ages to flush , said no lift but stairs were horrendous went in through front up stairs through a door up more stairs then went outside to another door then more stairs 😡

Das einzig Gute war die Lage

Cons:

Es war enorm schmutzig und schimmelig und Personal war keines vor Ort. Unser Zimmer war extrem kalt und alle Telefonnummern funktionierten nicht - keine Chance die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren.

Das Restaurant und die Bar existiert nicht mehr, man kommt nur über einen Hintereingang hinein.

Wir waren froh, als wir das Hotel verlassen konnten!

I was totally disappointed by our accommodations.
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

They need to update what is posted on bookings. Get rid of all the photos that show lovely dishes of food, the restaurant is totally closed. The shower was full of mold. The bedspread had stains. What a disappointment!

Good location but very unpleasant bathroom
Pros:

Location was great, right in town. Lots of stairs to climb. Our room was ," Katrine" small which is ok, lots of stains on the walls and carpet, decor was lovely but tired. Tiny bathroom .

Cons:

The bathroom was gross, lots of hair and scum on the floor, the shower was full of black mold and soap scum, it had not been scrubbed clean and all the sealant needs replacing.
Not pleasant at all.
