Difficult to find, even harder to find parking, incredibly small bathroom especially shower, front door code did not work, fortunately back door did, no milk for cuppa, ringing a mobile for check in and hoping someone was on site, not entirely as described

No tiene ascensor, no tiene desayuno.

Sin ascensor, nos tocó subir 4 pisos con las maletas. El hall y distribución de habitaciones sucio y mal cuidado. El baño muy pequeño.

Not what I thought I had paid for.
No bar. No beer garden. To cafe. No staff. Dirty.

assistenza inesistente, ingresso vergognoso, bagno di dimensioni lillipuziane, illuminazione scarsa, spazio insufficiente, il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato l'hotel,. sono ancora in attesa di ricevere la fattura

The location it was dirty and smelled of damp
The Apartment is badly run down & very dated furniture that was in a terrible condition

L' appartamento era sul retro, e avrei voluto saperlo, in un edificio non storico, come invece sembrava dalle foto del profilo, il pub è chiuso e non in servizio,e anche questo avrei voluto saperlo, sembra un albergo in disuso, e con diverse cose usurate dal tempo, come la moquette e il bagno, che andrebbero rinnovate per poter chiedere la cifra che si paga. Assolutamente deludente.

The hotel itself was awful. Poor lighting, worn and dirty carpet and walls, and a maze of hallways. The elevator doesn't work and there is very limited parking - a very busy lot with no free spaces. There was no one there until about 3 p.m. and I had to ask the shopkeepers next door if it really was a hotel. She left before 5 p.m. and doors were locked. We had to haul luggage to the 3rd floor for our twin room. My cousins' room didn't lock, and we had to call to get another room, as the receptionist/manager had left. There is NO restaurant and NO bar. Although the location was excellent, it was the worst hotel I've stayed in by far.
