The hotel was clean and in a great location. The Staff was very friendly.
The rooms (we were there with friends) and the hotel itself was very warm. The restaurant was very warm as well as the common areas. We all had our thermostats set to the lowest setting and the rooms were still at 72. That is too hot to sleep or get ready to go out.

Didn’t like that we paid $500 for a room to look at a valet parking lot.
Location was perfect for Broadway.
The Tenn cafe needed to offer a better selection for Breakfast and to Takeaway a confusing menu.
Room and its facilities were perfect and overall a great size for what we needed. The hotel is is perfectluy located at the right end of Lower Broadway which is stumbling distance from the main strip of bars, but also convenient for access to the Gulch too.
Nothing comes to mind regarding any negatives about the hotel.
Pool, location, little restaurant, nice bar, live music in the bar, room, pretty much everything!
Parking is very convenient, but incredibly pricey. I know that's not the hotel's fault, and almost all places downtown Nashville have expensive parking. I just don't think it's right. A voucher for $$ off parking would be nice :-)
The location is excellent for the city centre and the hotel is clean
& well appointed.
We only ate breakfast there but it was excellent with a good choice and served by very pleasant staff.
Only slight downside is cost of parking which seems a bit expensive although it may be the same for all hotels in the area.

That i had to pay almost 75 dollars for parking
The location , the pool, although very small with no umbrellas. reception area, nice and large with lots of seating. Nearly always food available either in the bar or restaurant. 4-5pm free cocktails. Staff were friendly.
We were 3 ladies and booked a family room for 6nights. Although the room and bathroom were extremely spacious, there was virtually no where to put all our outfits. We only had 2 hangers each. And 2 small short poles to to hang all of our many clothes. There was a wardrobe that housed an ironing board on one side and no hanging but an iron on the other side??? 2 large comfy double beds between the 3 of us and only one central bedside table. Opposite the beds another table with coffee machine etc and 2 small drawers?
In the massive bathroom, a very small sink and shower. With nowhere to put your products make up etc. not for 3 of us. We ent straight back to reception when we booked in and asked for more hangers and at least a chest of drawers, but no one came back to us.
The lack of wardrobe/draws was a big issue for us 3 well dressed ladies, and the lack of response was disappointing.
It was very clean. Close to the Broadway and the Honky Tonks but also far enough away for peace and quiet
They closed the pool bar earlier on one day so we had to complain but the drinks were free for our inconvenience
Location was excellent. Within walking distance of most venues.
