Excellent location just around the corner from Broadway, rooms very clean, serviced every day and good air con, lovely breakfast.
Great place! Great location
Nothing
This hotel is dialed - it's unique and has incredible history but is extremly well maintained and there are so many special touches. Record players you can bring to your room, signature drinks served complimentary in the lobby daily, incredible staff, clean, spacious bathrooms, great pool on the top deck. I loved it and will be back!!
Everything! The location is great, so easy to get everywhere. The decor is so fun and classy! The rooms were a great size perfect for a girls trip! We will be back.
Nothing
was nice place to stay, room was nice and close to Broadway. Would stay there again.........................................
Great location a block off Broadway near the big church. Food in both venues was very good.
Chicken nuggets in the bourbon glaze were amazing as was the breakfast cinnamon roll.
We loved mostly everything about this hotel. Staff was very friendly...rooms were clean.
The room size was small and there was not a lot of space for three people to put their stuff. Also, the noise at night was a bit much.
Our stay at the Holston House Nashville was absolutely amazing! The hotel has the perfect mix of modern luxury and Nashville charm. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and had such a stylish boutique feel. The location was unbeatable — close enough to Broadway and all the excitement, but still peaceful and relaxing at night.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. The rooftop pool and bar were one of our favorite parts of the stay, with amazing views of the city and such a fun atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a hotel in Nashville that feels upscale, trendy, and convenient all at once, Holston House is definitely worth it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!
I had a wonderful stay. The building itself was beautiful, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. What made the experience even more special was seeing an Instagram influencer in the lobby, handcrafting hats for guests. It was a fantastic touch, blending cultural arts and crafts into the experience. The hat maker, who seemed to be from Barcelona, made it all feel truly unique.
If you want a great Art Deco hotel experience in Nashville, look no further than Holston House. The property is beautiful, but the hospitality here is what really sets it apart.
The men at the entrance were amazing. I never had to touch the front door to enter or leave. I watched as they welcomed every guest, whether they were arriving or leaving the building. The front desk staff members were very nice. It was clear everyone understood what quality customer service meant.
On this trip, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the Penthouse Suite, which featured its own private rooftop patio. Having an exclusive outdoor space to look out over the city skyline elevated the entire stay.
The location is great—close enough to the live music and to walk everywhere, but tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. Combined with the beautiful room design and top-tier customer service, Holston House has earned a second visit from me. Highly recommended.
Hotel is beautiful and great location. Very pricy for a substandard experience. The "happy hour" is pathetic. Don't eat at the restaurant for breakfast. With all the great food and choices in Nashville, this place is a poor substitute. Next to a very noisy parking lot. Trucks beeping at 5:30 am.
Room 314 they 1st gave me. Looked out over AC units and a gravel roof. Wall and headboard kept shaking periodically & learned a laundry chute was behind our room wall. Got moved to another room.
I did not get the chance to complete the hotel survey before it expired, so I wanted to take a moment to write a review here to describe our wonderful stay. Your boutique hotel is so unique, and the staff is phenomenal! I'm a Hyatt globalist, so I stay at many Hyatt venues, but this was one of my favorites! Your staff treats globalists very well! I wish I could plant this hotel at every place I visit. The rooftop pool was spectacular, and I just loved listening to albums in our suite every morning while I got ready. I selected this hotel because of its location which was ideal, but we just loved everything else about it (the decor, bar, bar entertainment - Gregg Pratt, amenities, etc.) I would especially like to thank Isha at the front desk. She was SO welcoming and helpful. Rebecca, Director of Housekeeping, was also very helpful prior to my stay. I highly recommend!
I liked it overall but parking was too much. It was 75 for one day
It was fine
Superb location, walkable to Broadway in no time. Comfortable clean room, decent gym, afternoon cocktals, small but delightful rooftop pool and bar, and a general positive vibe about the who;e place.
