Holston House Nashville, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

We had an absolutely fantastic experience hosting our corporate offsite at Holston House. I plan a lot of team offsites, and this was easily one of my favorites!

Emily was wonderful in helping us with the initial planning and getting everything started. From there, Cody became my go-to person and worked with me on every detail leading up to our arrival. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the planning process so easy.

Once we were onsite, Tori and David were truly the boots on the ground, making sure everything ran seamlessly. David, who managed the food and banquet experience, was fantastic—and the food was honestly one of the biggest surprises of the week. This was not your typical banquet dining. Everything was delicious, fresh, and felt much more like a great restaurant experience than conference food.

The location gave us the best of both worlds. During the day, we were able to focus, get work done, and have really productive sessions at the hotel. Then, once the workday was over, we were just steps from Broadway and some of Nashville's best restaurants and nightlife. It made it incredibly easy for our team to relax, have fun, and genuinely connect outside of our meetings.

The hotel itself also has so much character. The rooms have this wonderful historic charm while still feeling comfortable and upscale, and the entire property feels distinctly Nashville.

From the planning and onsite service to the food, location, and accommodations, Holston House was such a great experience. I plan a ton of corporate offsites, and this was truly one of my favorites. I would highly recommend Holston House to anyone looking for a Nashville venue where their team can get meaningful work done during the day and have an amazing time together afterward. We would absolutely come back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Great bar and ambiance in the lobby. Rooftop pool much needed considering it was 100 degrees during our trip. Surprised me with a belated bday gift that made all the little touches stand out throughout the stay. Would stay again and will.

Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the action on Broadway. As part of the mandatory destination fee, there was a happy hour from 4pm -5pm and we got 2 free tickets to the Cheekwood Estate.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights. The hotel was revamped from an old hotel but the inside was beautiful. The rooms were always clean and fresh, the lobby was awesome and the afternoon reception was fun. The staff was so helpful and kind. It is very close to Broadway and other places of interest. Go to the Red Phone booth just up the street, a really fun speakeasy. The only gripe I have is the $65 for parking every night. Didn't know about it before hand and it was an unpleasant surprise. However, the valet staff was great and made it a little easier to swallow. This hotel is a gem and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great location and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was seamless.
The evening 4:00 drink and music was an unexpected delight.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! There was some street noise from loud cars but not a big issue and didn’t keep us from a good night’s sleep.
We were there for a concert at the Ryman and felt safe walking back despite being close to midnight.
It was a great experience and hope to be back to Nashville soon.

My husband and I spent a day at the Holston House Nashville last Friday to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We road tripped from Wisconsin and arrived at 9am. We were so excited to be able to have an early check in, as our original plan was to have the desk hold our bags and hang by the pool. Our room was upgraded and we enjoyed the space thoroughly! We hung by the pool for a while, showered, enjoyed the his and hers robes, hit Broadway for hours and came back and enjoyed our patio before heading back put to dinner. We were surprised in our room with wine, champagne and chocolates. We enjoyed the bubbly in the morning with breakfast and juice from TENN, and I also enjoyed a nespresso in our suite!!! We had a record player in our suite that we enjoyed,even danced after breakfast and books that entertained us. Holston House slowed down the hustle and bustle for a second and we were able to connect and enjoy ourselves and our surroundings to the fullest. The service and hospitality here are top notch.

Third time at this hotel. Just around the corner from Broadway. The reception and bar area are relatively small , but has a nice vibe. Rooms are a decent size. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The valets who run a very efficient service.

The one star is for location only. Customer service …. If you can call it that I have never experienced anything like it… arrived in evening struggling with bags… the door was locked and there was 2 people behind reception desks watching us ring buzzer to be let in but they just watched… even though they had no customers with them… after numerous attempts pressing the buzzer a couple staying at hotel let us in with there card. The lady behind counter said she was sorry and had been very busy and was just in a bit of a daze… the lad watched my husband dragging our 4 cases and just watched…. The room was terrible. Broken Safe, draw that feel apart when you opened it. Got moved next day to better room……. It was bigger but that’s about it. Even when we got moved we just received a knock at door and given a key and told go to floor below…. No one came with us to check or help with cases… pool outside on day we went we was advised they was short staffed so pool bar would not be open and if we wanted a drink to go down as they had cans you could buy at reception…we expected more than this on our holiday. When leaving and checking out was Not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. There was 3 young lads (staff) hanging around chatting at front door and not one again thought to help us with all our cases…until I asked. I expected the hotel was going to be old etc I wasn’t expecting glitz and glammer and it is very rare I complain however it was the customer service, there really was not any. So disappointed would never return. Also filled out customer review after we returned several weeks ago and no response.
