Perfect location for my trip. Across the street from the World Trade Center. Walking distance from many restaurants and other amenities.
The indoor pool was out of order and the external pool was cold. All week we were requesting extra towels and the staff kept taking them back.
La ubicación y la vista al mar de la habitación que nos tocó
Las 2 albercas heladas!! Se supone que la alberca interna estaba climatizada y cero!! Estaba helada no pudimos meternos a ninguna de las 2
Las instalaciones muy bien. Alberca cerrada con sol agradable, no entendí porqué. En general cuarto bien.
Literal la señora del aseo se metió al cuarto a las 8:30 am sin notificar, tocar, o marcar, y nos tomó por sorpresa. Según ella le dieron notificación de estar libre la habitación (a esa hora, y sin hacer checkout). El manager primero no nos quiso atender porque según la señorita de front desk estaba en junta, el cuál él mismo se contradijo que no estaba en junta. En fin. Mal sus procesos.
El personal de mantenimiento y limpieza muy amable, buena ubicación, lindas instalaciones.
El personal administrativo no es tan atento, muchos en capacitación, gerentes regañando a su personal, grupo peculiar de huéspedes consumiendo sustancias en la alberca con personal del hotel atendiendo solo a ellos.

El inmueble ves muy viejo aunque han remodelado algunas partes del interior
SUS INSTALACIONES, LA ATENCION DE RECEPCION Y BELL BOY, LA UBICACION, LA HABITACION Y SU VISTA DESDE LA TARRAZA.
EL BUFFET NO ES MUY EXTENSO, NO TIENE MUCHA VARIEDAD EN RELACION CON SU PRECIO, LA ATENCION DE LOS MESEROS PODRIA SER MEJOR, POR EJEMPLO, BAJE CON MI BEBE A DESAYUNAR Y NUNCA EL MESERO ME OFRECIO UNA SILLA PARA EL, PARA SU COMODIDAD.
ASI COMO TAMBIEN, TENER MEJOR UBICADOS LOS UTENSILIOS PARA LOS ALIMENTOS, COMO PLATOS PARA CEREAL, CUCHARAS, ENTRE OTRAS COSAS.

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im AC Hotel by Marriott Veracruz. Das gesamte Team war äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und geduldig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und sind für den tollen Service sehr dankbar.
Leider scheint das Hotel momentan über wenig Personal zu verfügen. Umso mehr möchte ich hervorheben, dass die Mitarbeiter, die vor Ort sind, hervorragende Arbeit leisten und sich sehr bemühen, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Leider gab es beim Frühstück eine unangenehme Überraschung. Bei meiner Buchung über Booking.com hatte ich ausdrücklich darauf geachtet, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Beim Frühstück wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass in meiner Reservierung kein Frühstück enthalten sei, und ich musste die Frühstücke vor Ort bezahlen, zudem zu einem höheren Preis als erwartet. Das war leider enttäuschend und sollte zwischen Booking.com und dem Hotel besser abgestimmt werden, damit solche Missverständnisse für Gäste vermieden werden.

El hotel es bonito y cómodo, el personal es demasiado amable.
La alberca dentro del hotel no se encuentra climatizada, el agua es muy fría lo cual hace que no pueda disfrutarse, el buffet que sirven en el restaurante no tiene variedad, carecen de muchos productos, no vale la pena pagarlo, en el cuarto siempre hubo mucha humedad.
Las instalaciones son super agradables
El cuarto muy cómodo, la ropa de cama y almohadas excelentes, blackout en las ventanas , agusto.
Mantenimiento malo, no servía el teléfono para hablar a recepción y room service, el agua fría no había agua caliente. En el hotel había un evento y estaba totalmente ocupado por el evento y no había lugar en el restaurante para huespedes , solo en la barra donde habia 4 lugares ocupados.
La ubicación
El hotel esta un poco descuidado , el personal es una maravilla . 1 elevador no servía. En nuestro cuarto la ducha no servía bien . La cafetera no servía.
