It was nice i liked the hotel overall besides my one issue.
Pros:

The pool and outside area was very nice, hotel is beautiful

Cons:

My room bathroom doors were broken it seems, they are sliding doors and i had to use so much force to open and close them, at one point i was stuck in the bathroom trying to open the doors. Had to tell front desk and they had someone go up and work on it, didn’t offer to switch us rooms or anything so the guy worked on it while we walked around the property to let him work in peace, a little annoying since it was late and we wanted to relax.

Over all we had an amazing time with our family and friends at the Hotel Nia.
Pros:

Our stay was nice, but I reserved our room through a third party, Booking.com and when I tried to check in the receptionist had a difficult time finding my reservation and that cause much stress at the very beginning of our stay. The Manager had to get involved but then we found our reservation. We had driven from a very far distance to find that no reservation was available.

Cons:

Very dirty windows I couldn't even look out of them.

Made my night
Pros:

Had a great impromptu stay here on a Friday night when I decided I didn’t feel like getting stuck in traffic. I didn’t have overnight gear so couldn’t fully enjoy the pool and such but I had a really great stay. Comfortable, large room, good rate, excellent service, food was good. Just the experience I was looking for.
