Pros:

The overall location and facilities are decent. Breakfast is always a plus; however, service was slower than on previous occasions. This was my third or fourth stay at the same hotel during the graduation season.

Cons:

It was disappointing that my reservation was for a 2-queen bed, and it was somehow changed to a single king bed only. There was no communication explaining why, but despite the sleeping capacity being the same, I should have been informed of the change. It was too late to go back to the desk to request a change.

My family had 3 rooms, in OKC for the marathon. We are Dallas Stars fans and got to enjoy the Den area watching the game

I’ve come to expect a very good experience at Staybridge and this particular hotel met or exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The parking lot was extremely well lit. The property was within walking distance of the baseball stadium and other downtown venues. The room was well appointed and very clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Every staff member that we met was very nice and accommodating.

Pros:

Everyone was very nice and it was clean and had everything you need.

Cons:

They ran out of food at breakfast and we had to wait over 20 minutes. They should be ready to refill all of the food as soon as it's ready but instead, they didn't start cooking it until it ran out. Other, than that, it was good.

The room.was nice and in a great location.

Cons:

We came to OKC for a quinceanera. I booked 2 rooms for my family, and a 2nd room for my brother's family through booking.com. I should have never put the 2nd room in my brothers name, because the young man working wouldn't give me the key. He said my brother would have to get it, since I put him name as the 2nd room, even though I had already paid for the 2nd room. I went downstairs to purchase a bottle of water at 10 pm, and I let the gentleman know my brother was having car trouble and wasn't sure if he would make it. Nothing was done in the system, so when my brother made it the next morning, his room was canceled as a no show. I called booking.com, they sent an email to the hotel. I spoke to 3 people; it never got situated, so the young lady, working the front, told me to go speak to the manager this morning. I let a different young lady know I needed to speak with him, she never went and got him and told me I won't get refunded for the room. It'd be different if i hadn't said anything to them, but I did. We booked a different room for my brother. I will never stay here ever again. We went to breakfast at 830 AM, they didn't have any eggs, bacon, or sausage until like 10 AM. The suite was a good size and in a great location. I'm just upset, I won't get my money back for the room my brother didn't stay in.

Pros:

Breakfast was great,the kitchen staff deserves raises! The amount of food and freshness was unreal!! spacious rooms, loved the extra activities available for kids! (Basketball)

Cons:

The fountain machine, I got clear Dr Pepper and of flat lemonade. The mattress on the pullout sectional needs to be replaced!! That thing was OLD AND SPRINGY, very uncomfortable!
