The room was big with a garden view. The gardens were well landscaped and maintained, they were very beautiful to look at with the birds that visited.
The swimming pool was big and clean in a separate section of the facility with adequeate space around it.
There was no privacy with housekeepers just popping into the room with no notice or knock. This happened twice and they just laughed it off when questioned with no apology.
The food was not good. I specifically ordered a dinner with little salt and it came with all the salt in the world. I really struggled to eat it. For the price, the breakfast options were limited.
The hotel is far from the main road.
Le personnel était agréable et serviable. L’endroit a du avoir du charme à une époque mais il aurait franchement besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. La literie était confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.
La chambre n’était pas très propre, des grosses traces d’humidité sur les murs, des trous dans le mur bouché par du papier toilettes, carrelages cassés, fils électriques apparents,… L’endroit est vendu comme ayant une piscine hors nous ne l’avons pas vue et quand nous avons demandé on nous a dit qu’elle était en maintenance. Ce n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation. Nous ne sommes pas difficiles et c’est pourquoi c’était acceptable pour dormir une nuit mais de tous les établissements au Kenya que nous avons fait dans cette même gamme de prix, celui ci est le seul qui nous a déçu. L’endroit ne ressemblait pas vraiment aux photos. C’est la gentillesse du personnel qui rattrape le reste

Easy and fast confirmation. For drivers like us it was awesome to get an immediate confirmation.
That noise at 7:30am like a beep for over an hour. I wish I could sleep one hour longer to keep driving. Also I had to brush my teeth and hands under the shower as the sink tap was broken.
De bedden waren goed, de klamboes stelde iedereen gerust voor muggen. Het parkeren was fijn en de bewaker super vriendelijk.
De wasbak kraan was een attractie, een minuutje draaien voor water, de kids zagen het positief.
De communicatie over ontbijttijden ontbrak net als ligstoelen en schaduwdoek bij het zwembad.
Het inbegrepen ontbijt was niet uitgebreid maar prima. Jammer dat je niet meer kon krijgen dan er opgeschept werd en dat water niet inclusief was maar gekocht moest worden.
Door de dubbele kamer konden we warm douchen bij de kinderen.

Fina gardens offers good value for money. This is the second time I have stayed there. The rooms are spacious and acceptable for the cost of the stay. The hot shower works, wifi is good, mosquito nets provided ( necessary) and double bed is good size and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced.The resort is in a quiet location. The staff were helpful. There is a good sized swimming pool.
