Disappointing
Pros:

Pd for breakfast on one room but never had it

Cons:

Clean rooms and towels

If there is a mobility issue this place is not suitable
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. On their advertising it said there was a shuttle bus to the airport and a restaurant. Neither were applicable. The main reason we booked was because of the shuttle bus. More than disappointing. The TV would only work with either Netflicks or UTube. Not really suitable. There was no partition between balconies so anyone could use the balconies.

Cons:

There was no door to the bathroom/toilet so no privacy at all. No hand rails around the shower. No hand rails to get in and out of the bath. No shower curtain around the shower. Not sure how hygienic the shower is as it had large pebbles with 2 flat stones where a person could stand. The seat in the shower was a slab of rock.

Bathroom door is a must for another visit.
Pros:

The staff was friendly & approachable. The Aircon & fan were superb as the weather was unfriendly. The location of the hotel is excellent as it's a walking distance from the beach.

Cons:

There was no bathroom door, the room was too small and you could smell it during the night. It seemed as if cleaning detergents aren't used @ all. Towels have never been changed ever since we arrived there (3 days). Refills of sugar, shower gel & shampoo were not done. We managed to get the gel & shampoo after we requested them. No bedroom chairs & we ended up taking the balcony chairs so that we can be comfortable. The fan fell and it could have hurt us. Nobody told us that it was loose. The advert still has DStv though there's only YouTube & Netflix.

Hidden Gem of Salt Rock
Pros:

I really liked the shower design, balcony, swimming pool area, and their vicinity to Salt Rock Beach. The area is super quiet, which makes it perfect when taking time off from work..

The staff and management were perfect as well.

Cons:

It was only the bathroom door, which usually adds little privacy if the bedroom is directly adjacent to the toilet area. Besides that, there's nothing to dislike about this property.
