The room was good.
The pictures shown and room initially booked into did not correspond. Major issues to resolve during check in with incredibly rude and incompetent staff.

The staff made us so uncomfortable,the other lady with a gown at check in made it so unprofessional…it was like a gossip corner
Rooms were cleaned in time,although it would be nice if they clean them after we leave for the day instead of cleaning while we were having breakfast.
NO ironing facilities provided,limited choice in breakfast menu,coffee,tea and cereals offered in cold milk,guests coming to dining in pajamas. The staff uniform colors faded

I booked a luxury room and don't think that was what we got. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and not very comfortable. There was a terrible sewerage smell if u used any taps and had to walk through someone's balcony to get to our room
