La stanza si trovava al 4° piano con una splendida terrazza e vista sulle montagne e la città. Molto grande e confortevole, ben arredata.

Cons:

Unica pecca è che l'edificio è molto vecchio, senza ascensore e con un cattivo odore. Tutto questo fortunatamente solo fuori dalla stanza, che invece era perfetta.

Der Aufenthalt im Lainez Rooms & Suites war ein absolutes Vergnügen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – die ideale Balance zwischen der Nähe zum Bahnhof und dem charmanten Zentrum von Trient. Es hätte nicht einfacher sein können, sich in der Stadt und der Umgebung zu bewegen.

​Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich auszeichnet, sind die Menschen und ihre ehrliche Fürsorge um den Gast. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber von ihrer Klasse durfte ich mich beim Check-out überzeugen. Da ich sehr früh abreisen musste, bot mir das Team bereits am Vortag bei den Formalitäten von sich aus an, mir Lunchpakete für den Weg zuzubereiten. Als ich am Abend in mein Zimmer zurückkehrte, wartete die leckere Verpflegung bereits auf mich! Ein großartiges Level an Gastfreundschaft und Liebe zum Detail.

​Ein weiterer, riesiger Pluspunkt ist, dass das Hotel zu 100 % hundefreundlich ist – Vierbeiner werden hier wie echte Gäste behandelt.

​Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem mit reinem Gewissen empfehlen, der in Trient mehr als nur ein schönes Zimmer sucht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

La posizione e l' ampiezza della camera.

Cons:

Il letto non era adeguato alla struttura e non ha consentito il riposo notturno, con schiena e collo dolenti al risveglio. A colazione del secondo giorno sono stati serviti molti avanzi del giorno prima. I comandi della doccia non sono intuitivi , con la conseguenza di aver potuto utilizzare solo una temperatura molto calda o molto fredda.

La disponibilità della manager Josephine, la posizione dell'albergo. Inoltre la colazione è buona, il personale gentile, la pulizia è ok

Camera matrimoniale pseudo superior

Il primo problema si è presentato appena posata la valigia ed aperto il cellulare.  No WIFI. La signora Josephine, addetta a tutto, si è adoperata in mille modi per attivare la connessione ma la linea è sempre rimasta assente e/o "ballerina ".

La stanza nr 13 è cupa e con qualche visibile difetto che provoca un impatto negativo: mura graffiate, tenda un po' divelta lateralmente.
Le immagini su booking sono fuorvianti, almeno per quanto riguarda la numero 13.

Il bagno è di difficile accesso poiché,  se tieni la porta aperta verso l'interno,   non puoi raggiungere il water.
Inoltre l'aspiratore fa un rumore da centrale atomica e quindi tendi a spegnere la luce. Di conseguenza ti lavi al buio perché non c'è una luce supplementare sullo specchio

Zimmer liegen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, unser Zimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt, Dusche und vorallem die Brause waren schimmlig. Der Aufzug war für mich mit Rollstuhl fast unmöglich. Ich musste aussteigen, den Stuhl zusammen falten und mit Hilfe einer zweiten Person nach oben bringen.

Pros:

Bella struttura in pieno centro a Trento, camera bella e pulita. Lo staff è stato disponibile e pronto per ogni nostra esigenza. Volendo, al prezzo di 15 € è possibile riservare un posto auto. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo

Cons:

L’unico neo (per cui non ho dato il punteggio massimo): eravamo al terzo piano e l’ascensore era fuori servizio

Pros:

La posizione era ottima vicino al centro storico senza prendere la macchina . Camera e bagno con tutto il necessario .
La colazione era buona a parte un episodio che quando siamo arrivati alle 8 nella sala erano già finiti i dolci freschi in 2 piatti . Ho avuto una risposta secca quando gli ho chiesto educatamente che c ' era dentro . Alla fine ha rimesso altri dolci .Reazione non adeguata e professionale !! A parte quello niente da dire . Andava tutto bene .
