Overall a great stay. I would come back again. It is super handy and meets all my needs.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Right on the slopes. Super convenient. Rooms were very clear and lovely and warm. Very clean bathrooms which is important.

Cons:

It was very noisy if you are staying downstairs with people thumping above your head. I will ask for an upstairs room next time.

Sadly we will not be going back..not good value for money ,bad food

Noisey rooms….corridors in the evening are party spaces
The breakfast is very poor …,not hot…..poor choices and the dining room is freezing .NO heating
Dinner very ordinary and not good value for money
The sat night special roast dinner very SMALL portions for very expensive price

Unhappy.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The room was cold. One tiny oil heater. The breakfast was overcooked and shrivelled and dry. There were no staff to talk to or ask questions of. There was no toilet paper. No face washers. It was a lot of money for basic low level accomm and facilities and service, paying for location.

Sleep in your car ut would be better

The only positive was the location

Cons:

Sleep was impossible with fire alarms faulty staff at reception couldn’t check me in only one receptionist can and some old lady with glasses bullied and belittled me which she thought was hilarious that she pushed me to breaking point myself and family would never stay here and I wouldn’t recommend it to people I hate even! The biggest waste of money and the walls are paper thing could here little crotch gremlins running around 24/7 making it impossible to sleep

I have been staying here from last 2 years. Last year experience was absolutely amazing . So though to book it I. Again.
This year experience was ok, I invited my cousin to stay with us this year and he booked in for his family too same day. rooms were GREAT, COMMON ROOM TO Spend FAMILY TIME WAS GREAT, VERY EASY CHECK IN AND OUT

But THIS YEAR THE LET DOWN WAS BREAKFAST.. WENT TO BREAK FAST AT 7:15 am scramble eggs were completely dry and horrible . They cooked HUGE LOT IN ONCE AND IT WAS ALL DRY BY 7:15 am . Un eatable. My wife and kids could not eat Eggs at all. Only other options available was Youghurt. And coffee

This years food experience was completely opposite to last year. It was completely shocking. Only scramble eggs and bread and SCRAMBLE EGGS WERE DRY AND GREEN.. terrible. Premises are great, Location is great .. FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
