Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht grosszügig konzipiert. Freundlich, hilfreich und aufgestelltes Personal. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Auflage von verschiedenen Zeitungen fehlt. Eine NNZ genügt nicht.

Everything from the staff, the attention to the guest, the amenities, and the excellent breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the spa area and the activities offered by the hotel. Sporless cleanliness.

Cons:

We felt that some of the evening dishes could have benefited from better execution, especially regarding seasoning, cooking, and originality.

Camere spaziose, personale accogliente.
Ristorante buono anche se eccessivamente caro.
Ottima posizione.

Cons:

1)Più precisione nel pulire le stanze. Più attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli.
2) una massaggiatrice non è assolutamente abbastanza. Ne servirebbero almeno 2, per garantire un servizio che si propone. Soprattutto essendo un 4 stelle e per il prezzo che si paga.
3) frigo bar sfornito. Bisognerebbe aggiungere dei prodotti.
4) per la colazione in camera andrebbe creata una lista, un menù.
5) se si scrive che si parlano le 4 lingue nazionali, alla reception PRETENDO che si conoscano tutte!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein Upgrade beim Zimmer. Die Location ist sowohl von der Lage, als auch von der Ausstattung ausserordentlich! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Nach unserem Geschmack etwas "zu hundefreundlich"! So hat aus unserer Sicht ein Hund im Restaurant auf der Sitzbank nichts zu suchen!

An exceptional family stay with wonderful staff, a beautiful spacious apartment and a perfect locati
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which created a genuinely warm and personal atmosphere throughout the hotel. Our apartment was incredibly spacious—we deliberately booked a larger room, and it fully justified the price. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful mountain view and everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, the lake and a stop for the free bus all nearby. The included Arosa Card was another wonderful benefit. Everything was truly outstanding.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing to complain about. As a family on the fourth stop of a longer trip, a washing machine in the apartment would have made the stay absolutely perfect. However, it was not advertised as being included, and its absence was not a significant issue.

Belle hôtel dog friendly au centre de la station
Pros:

Very Dog friendly, pouvoir prendre son chien même à la salle à manger est un plus (panier couverture et même bonbons en chambre). Chambre cosy calme propre, spa également, accès facile pratique chambre parking, bon restaurant le soir, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Cons:

Rien si ce n’est à la piscine, un enfant seul sans personne pour le surveiller qui barbotait et moulinait avec ses jambes et faisait des plateaux qui ennuyaient toute la piscine.
