Gute Lage, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank, freundliches Personal und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Für frühe Wildlife-Ausflüge ist die Frühstücksregelung unpraktisch, es gibt keinen vernünftige Raucherbereich vor dem Hotel und der Zimmerservice erfolgte nach der ersten Nacht nicht mehr.

Nossa experiência no Canoa's Hotel foi uma grande decepção. O hotel possui uma estrutura que, em teoria, poderia proporcionar uma excelente hospedagem, mas aparenta estar sem a manutenção e os cuidados necessários.

O quarto apresentava diversos problemas: infiltração no banheiro, portas danificadas, forro do teto se desprendendo, papel de parede deteriorado e instalações elétricas com falhas. Em alguns momentos, ao utilizar a tomada, o ar-condicionado desligava, tornando impossível usar ambos simultaneamente.

A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Os lençóis estavam amarelados e manchados, o banheiro transmitia pouca confiança quanto à higienização, as toalhas e roupas de cama tinham odor desagradável e ainda há cortina plástica separando a área do banho.

O café da manhã foi outro ponto negativo. Encontramos utensílios com sinais visíveis de falta de limpeza, como copos, jarras, pratos e jogos americanos. O mais grave foi encontrar formigas no ovo mexido, o que demonstra falhas importantes nos cuidados com a preparação e o serviço dos alimentos.

O valor da diária não é baixo e está muito acima da qualidade entregue. O mais frustrante é perceber que o hotel tem potencial, mas parece abandonado. Vimos outras avaliações relatando problemas semelhantes, o que sugere que essas questões já persistem há algum tempo.

Infelizmente, não recomendo o hotel e espero que a administração tome providências para melhorar a manutenção, a limpeza e a qualidade do atendimento, pois o local tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor.

Beliggenhed perfekt, billigt. Kræver snart update.
Pros:

Beliggenhed er rigtig god for Pantanal. Pænt rent, dog ældre værelser, der snart kan trænge til update. Mærkeligt at man ikke udnytter gårdhaven til hygge områder med borde og bænke, man kunne derved sælge mange øl/ sodavand til gæsterne. Området er der, men er slet ikke udnyttet. Lækker restaurant næsten overfor med fantastiske pizza og øl.

Cons:

TOUT!!! Photos très trompeuses, hôtel extrêmement sale à la limite de l’insalubrité, le ménage doit avoir été réalisé par des aveugles.
La salle du petit déjeuner, tellement horrible que vous en avez l’appétit coupé et la nourriture est tout simplement mauvaise. Booking devrait refuser de référencer des hôtels de ce niveau, car là, les propriétaires sont des marchands de sommeil qui ne respectent pas leurs clients.

Un très bon accueil et un très bon emplacement à l entrée de la Transpontaneira.
Pros:

L emplacement et le petit-déjeuner sont au top.

Cons:

La salle de bain est curieusement agencée et l eau de la douche s etale partout.

Pros:

Loved the employee at the property. he was very helpful with showing us parking finding dinner and fixing our AC. The room was fine but the only light was very bright so recommended that you bring your own nightlight.

Ideal pit stop on road into Pantanal
Pros:

Nice clean roomy hotel with air conditioning, wifi and good breakfast buffet included. Great value for money and very well placed for the Transpanteneira and Porto Cerrado roads. Great value for money especially compared with anywhere in the Pantanal, though it’s not itself surrounded by wildlife. Good pizza restaurant is on the other side of road and walkable.

Pros:

Het hotel helpt je op weg met exursies in de pantanal. Hierdoor veel meer betaalbaar dan de pousada"s verder op. Dus vanuir hier ook jaquar tocht gedaan en paardrijden. 'S avonds een broodje gegeten in het hotel die we gekocht hadden in de supermarkr. Ze hielpen ons met kokend water voor de noodles en borden

Verwacht geen luxe, maar wel goede bedden. Het is schoon maar simpel. De douche is inderdaad simpel, maar ik heb er wel goed gedouched. Gewoon de trekker/wisser gebruiken na het douche. Niet voor luxe poezen, maar wel voor mensen die gewend zijn om te reizen en niet gelijk een fortuin willen spenderen.
