Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza di questa struttura. È ottimamente collegata, con due stazioni della metropolitana raggiungibili a piedi in circa 7-8 minuti e 10-12 minuti. Inoltre, il supermercato si trova a soli 3 minuti, un dettaglio davvero comodo.

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti anche dalla pulizia della camera, impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno. Infine, lo staff è stato sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente.

Great staff very poor facilities
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were over and above expectations. Nothing was too much trouble they went the extra mile. The staff are the greatest asset of this hotel.

Cons:

The room had very poor facilities. There wasn t hanging space not even a bedside table. . The door for the shower was virtually unusable and we ended up leaving it partially open as we couldn't actually use it normally. No hospitality tray unheard of in a 3 star hotel.

Allt, vatten från duschen läckte ut från badrummet till sovrummet och eftersom man inte har någon plats för sina väskor blev allt blöt. Ostädat. Handtaget till rummet satt otroligt löst. Extremt lyhört. Fick ett rum där någon bodde innan vi fick ett nytt. Kändes väldigt osäkert att befinna sig där.

La cama es muy comoda

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema bastante grande y es que no había agua caliente en nuestra ducha. La única solución tras no haberlo solucionado en 14 horas fue ducharnos en otra habitación y cambiarnos al día siguiente a otra.No hay cortina, el agua moja todo el baño y no hay espacio real para dos personas en la habitación. El aire acondicionado se pasan de frío constantemente a muy baja temperatura, la verdad. Ha sido un poco decepcionante.

La zona muy tranquila.

Cons:

Es extremadamente pequeño. No es adecuado para dos personas. Olor horrible de las tuberías del baño. Sin ventanas. Además, de eso nos tocó el 4° piso sin ascensor.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were lovely, and we really appreciated the room upgrade.

Cons:

The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, especially from the shower curtain when it got wet. We mentioned it to the staff, and hopefully it’s something that can be addressed for future guests.

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were very grateful for the warm hospitality.

i had a safe haven, I slept well, but it was a bit crazy to be in a padded cell for the night
Pros:

there are no windows - it's like a comfortable prison. wasn't too expensive and the staff were great. very international in hotel and area, especially during the world cup

lack of windows, and being like an aeroplane is just weird
