Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was filthy.
The room stank of stale urine.
The shower curtain had numerous stains on it and I think contributed to the smell.
The door was broken so didn't close and separate the 'bedroom' and 'bathroom'.

Pros:

Check in was smooth, very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with lovely clean crisp sheets. A fan was suppled in the room which was a necessity. The shower had lovely hot water. The location is very convenient for access to local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was dirt in the gaps between the bed and the wall, the corners of the room, marks on the walls etc. The bathroom was functional but tired and stained.
The windowless room had no air circulation except for the little fan on the floor, and the TV didn't work at all.

Pros:

Good location, handy for the underground. Beds comfortable. Fairly quiet stay.

Cons:

Stairs are a bit steep, wouldn’t want to humph a large suitcase up them. But that’s the chance you take anywhere really. Perfectly fine for weekend bags and weekend stays.

Regular room, nice neighborhood.
Pros:

It’s a great location, next to a bus stop, and very close to a tube station. Great neighborhood. The bed iscomfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door was broken, we got stuck inside and had to call assistance.
There are no shelves to accommodate items inside the room or bathroom. It was not very clean.

Great location, but room can do with improvements.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the price is good for the location. Small rooms are common in this area. I chose a double bed so slept comfortably.

Cons:

The shower curtain had many rings missing and was a bit torn on top. It also did not seem to be clean. Given the small space touching it was unavoidable.

A park bench is better
Pros:

Beyond unliveable, a jail cell or a park bench is probably more hygienic and offers more amenities. The room is extremely small and dirty with blood stains everywhere

Tiny room 5 ft x 12 ft but we managed for short stay and didn't want to pay more for fancier hotel.

Great value in a great location
Pros:

Carolyn on reception was really welcoming and helpful and the room great value for money in a great location

Cons:

The room was quite small with no window but on the lower ground the aircon worked really well so for 1 nights stay if you're just going back just to sleep it was perfectly adequate.

Super-Low-Budget Hotel - für "nur Schlafen" ok

Zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zum ÖPNV. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist ein Super-Low-Budget Hotel. Man darf also nichts erwarten. Aber für "nur Schlafen" ist das super ok.
