Pokój był trochę przymuszony - włosy na podłodze, łazienka choć sprawiała wrażenie czystej, to trochę chyba sprzątana na szybko - pochlapane drzwi, zepsuty dozownik na mydło (które śmierdziało stęchlizną)

The room was tiny and the bathroom even worse. The building and room were dirty and showed a real lack of maintenance too.

Room was very compact, with bed sandwiched between the walls. I didn't realise I was claustrophobic,
The room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Got woken up to someone drilling, and the bathroom door requires some oil as it squeals badly.
Vending machine could do with restocking.

We had no great expectations, what we got was what we had expected.

Upon arrival we were advised we were on the 4th floor, this was a lot of narrow stairs when I had luggage and a small child. The room itself wasn’t particularly clean with dust and bits of litter on the floor. The bathroom was awful and we used it as little as possible and kept the door closed our whole stay. The smell of drains was overwhelming and any time we used water or flushed the toilet, or it seemed anyone else used their facilities, the smell worsened. I checked the shower drain to see it backed up with stagnant water and hair so we chose to just not use the shower that evening/morning. The shower curtain was mouldy. I did report the issue to reception at check out and was simply told that it was a known problem with that particular room and every guest makes the same complaint

I knew there wouldn't be tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but I was hoping there may be a hot drinks machine. Sadly there isn't one there. Having a machine would make a big difference in the morning. I went to Sainsbury's where they have a Costa machine, but it was mid cleaning cycle which was taking ages, so I ended up having to walk further to get a cup of tea in the morning.

It would have been good to know that hair dryers are available at reception.

Non ci sono criticità, se c'è quaalsiasi tipo di problema lo staff è pronto a risolvere tutto, fino anche a cambiare la stanza con scuse per il disagio ed upgrade di camera, quindi credo che non. ci sia soluzione migliore per soggiornare a Londra. Grazie

The rooms are always aggressively low cost. No hangers, no bedside table, no cups... that kind of thing. It is OK and decent value for money but think more Ryanair than easyJet if you are looking for a brand comparison
