The property was super close to Whitechapel station which was very convenient for our stay. We liked that the room was secure on the 1st floor (above street level) and locked windows and blinds. We also were a corner room so it felt secure and we also had a safe in our room to lock passports. The complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea was lovely since we didn’t add breakfast to our stay. I liked the private rooftop and small fitness area for stretching. The staff dropped off clean towels for us (without us having to ask) and all of the bedding was very clean as well. There was no room odors and the bathroom was very clean including the floors. We loved having a tv in the room and blinds.
The surrounding area is a bit noisy at late hours so I’d recommending bringing ear plugs. I didn’t ask the hotel for any, but should have brought some from home since they can’t control that. I wish breakfast or at least a welcome snack was included since we just landed from a 12 hour flight. The bathroom door needed some type of cover since there wasn’t much privacy between the door and the room.

Geluidshinder van de drukke straat tot diep in de nacht en ondanks 'kamerupgrade' een bed waar je maar langs 1 kant in geraakt.

The windows are thin really don't keep the noise out. Would like to have had chair with a back in the room. Desk is too low with the safe under it to go legs under. Bed was hard.
Comfy and well decorated hotel. Good transport links around and lots shops and restaurants nearby. Good sized room and also a big bonus having a pool table in the hotel
Slight issue being double charged for breakfast but was resolved quickly
Loved the room with the hot tub which was amazing. Brilliant views and was a great birthday treat. The location was just near the train station so getting to and from was really easy.
Simple and modern. Close to underground station and Elizabeth line.
Rooms could do with more flat surfaces to put things on, especially in the bathroom. We only stayed one night but might be a bit difficult if you are staying longer. Charging extra at breakfast for a decent cup of coffee was a bit much.
