Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, sur la rue piétonne très animée. L’hôtel est néanmoins silencieux.

Cons:

Sound insulation was bad, The elevator was small and running very roughly but its okay. The thing that annoys us the most is when we’re leaving they tried to get extra charge for our hotel transfer from the airport but we had free transfer offer on the Booking.com and we show them documents about the transfer reservation, but they didn’t consent. They kept calling the person they claimed was their driver, and the driver supposedly said he remembered us and made up some lies. We had taken a photo of the car’s license plate and showed it to them. They couldn’t show us anything to prove that the car belonged to them. So we refused to pay for transfer and leave there. If the hotel is in the right, Booking.com provided us with incomplete information. If we are in the right, the hotel tried to charge us for a fee it shouldn’t have.

Konum çok güzel, ama fiyat performans yeri değildi.
Pros:

Otelin konumunu gerçekten çok iyi. Hemen Mihaila caddenin arkasında kalıyordu.

Cons:

Asansör çok yavaş, kahvaltı alanı çok kasvetli, kahvaltı yetersiz gibiydi.

Great location and helpful staff and good breakfast and nice newly renovated room and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The management seems to ignore common complaints by previous customers and staff about their A/C systems. It was not working and the room was warm, the lone receptionist working at night tried his best but apparently it is an occurring problem with the wall dials when one customer changes the supposedly centralised heating/aircon system from their panel, it changes for everyone. Luckily we were only there for one night and for this reason I’m only giving 8 for overall rating. The management needs to address this otherwise they will slowly get more complaints and this will affect people’s choice. There are so many other hotels to choose in this city.

Lite krångel med Wifi - men det kan ha varit tillfälligt. Men det kan ha betydelse om det är vid fel tillfälle.

Nice hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Great location just off the main walking street and close to lots of good restaurants. Good variety of sweet and savoury options at breakfast. We arrived a little bit before check in time but the staff were able to let us into our room early which was very helpful.

Cons:

We heard other guests yelling in the corridor late at night which kept us awake. The air conditioning didn't work one night, so the room become hot which made it difficult to sleep.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Sisustus huoneessa ihana.

Cons:

Hotelliin oli kaksi ulko-ovea, joista toinen meni suoraan portaikkoon, josta pääsee kerroksiin ja se oli apposen auki toivottaen kenet vain käytäville, mikä.tuntui oudolta.
