Konumu çok güzel ana caddenin yanında. Odalar geniş, çocuğumuz için çekyatı yatak haline getirmişlerdi bu mükemmel oldu.oda caddeye bakıyordu

Restoran bölümü alt katta mahzen gibi basık bir yerde, kahvaltı vasattı 4 yıldızlı otel kahvaltısı kesinlikle değil. Yataklardaki çarşafda tahta kurusu yada akar vardı alerji yaptı vücuduma ,sivilceler çıktı, ki ben işim gereği ayda 3 defa farklı ülke otellerinde konaklama yapıyorum. Kesinlikle çarşaflar yatak örtüsü sağlık açısından riskli.

Moderní a čistý hotel
Pros:

Vše čisté, nové a funkční. Personál milý. 24/7 recepce super.

Cons:

Hlučná klimatizace v pokoji, která nejde vypnout, protože je centrální. Opravdu mi to vadilo, bez špuntů do uší bych se nevyspala. Myslím, že by stálo za zvážení systém změnit, na tuto kategorii hotelu je to podle mě zásadní chyba.

The only thing this hotel really had going for it was the location. Check-in itself was fine, although I’m still not sure why every person staying in the room needed to provide an ID or passport when the room was booked under my name.

Unfortunately, the room and overall experience were extremely disappointing. The room was very small, and there was a floor cleaner left sitting directly in front of my door. The closet door couldn’t open all the way, and the bathroom sink would only turn on when the faucet was pushed against the wall. There was also visible damage to the bathroom door frame, which added to the impression that the room had not been properly maintained.

The shower was not functioning properly and made a horrendous noise whenever it was used. The hair dryer also did not work. Shortly after checking in, I went to drop off my bags and discovered that the TV remote wasn’t working. I mentioned it to the front desk before heading out to explore the city, and I was told by a young gentleman that it would be taken care of. I returned almost eight hours later, and the remote still hadn’t been fixed.

The room also didn’t have an iron, which was another inconvenience. The parking situation was also less than ideal, as the hotel does not have on-site parking and requires guests to park off-site.

The elevator was another issue. It was extremely hot and had a strange smell, which made the overall experience even less pleasant.

But the most concerning incident happened around midnight. My door was locked, yet someone opened the door and woke me up. When I looked outside, nobody was there. I brought this up with the concierge at checkout and was told, “Maybe someone got the wrong room.” I asked how someone was able to open my door if it was locked. The response was, “Maybe it was room service.”

That explanation was extremely concerning and did not make me feel any better.
