Like the whole city, the hotel was a magnificent historic building. The interior was very meticulously decorated, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very large, everything was spotlessly clean, and there was free parking. It was right in the city center; we stayed there to go to the theater, it was a 5-minute walk.
There was only one type of high pillow. It was too hard for me.
The staff really surprised us with a lovely plate as a Birthday celebration in the room. They were all very helpful. The breakfast was nice. The eggs were fried to our liking when requested. Thank you very much for everything. Will definitely be back. Every other facilities to have a lovely time is within walking facilities.
Unless I missed it buy It will be great if there was a signed from the entrance of the hotel to let the guest know where the car park is. We turned around a few times before we could noticed that it was the Hotel car park
The central location with parking was excellent. A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
I liked the dated interiors with a historical feel to it.
The rooms were small, small en suit and the beds were small doubles - in the standard room. Quite disappointing that there were no toiletries such as toothpaste. The room had a throw with an iron burn on it.

Rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal. Menu was great, offering a wide selection of meals at reasonable prices.
Staff were very attentive to detail and friendly.
Some areas were in need of a good clean or decor refreshing.

Because it was warm, we left the curtains and windows open. The lights across the way cast interesting shadows on the wall.
