Fantastic facilities and staff.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well prepared for our arrival.
We asked for two rooms next to each other and this was arranged without any hiccups.

Good staff and very reasonable prices. Includes dinner as well as breakfast
Pros:

helpful staff often going the extra mile without being asked.
The rooms are about 6 years old and now need replacement of some of the infrastruction. Two examples from my room 1) the bathroom extraction fan had worn out motor bearings which were noisy and even at night when on slow speed. 2) the bathroom taps were worn out making it difiicult to adjust flow and mixing to get warm water. This last point is very important as the hot water is VERY hot.

Cons:

They should have a plan to have staff stay in their rooms to identify problems.

A pleasant area and reasonable standard but could be advantage to visitors to have more directions
Pros:

Unable to attend for breakfast as the time is not convenient. 7 am to 8.30 am. 9,30 am would have been much more suitable for many. No dinner as I had to join elsewhere for dinner.

Cons:

The room was quite a distance from the dining and reception areas. The room location was not indicated in the key or the other paperwork given to me. I had help from another staff member in the building area to find my room and the building name.

It largly met my needs.
Pros:

I was able to stay on after a conference in order to have a night’s rest before driving home.
It was great to have that option and staff were very helpful in accommodating my request to stay in the same room. It was also helpful to have to free cancellation policy in place in case circumstances changed.
The food for the conference was excellent and service good. The choice of food was naturally less for the one night when very few people remained, but it was still sufficient.

Cons:

I have some mobility problems and needed a ground floor room or lift access. The room I had was for a wheelchair user, so the shower was a wet room and I didn’t dare use it in case I slipped. The washbasin was very small and there was nowhere to put wash things.

Pros:

Staff seemed nice.

Cons:

The bed made a loud noise every time I moved and was quite uncomfortable. I kept waking up whenever someone used the door beside my room. The room seemed like it's never been cleaned properly. There was also a weird smell in the hallway.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Staff cheerful and welcoming.
Pros:

Breakfast & Dinner offered good choice on most occasions. Room was good.

Cons:

On the first night there were few guests staying so food options were very limited. Only one that suited my taste. Much better when more guests around.
I did not try the fish options are on the two occasions offered, the staff could not tell me what fish it was.
Cutlery is obviously washed through a wish washer and could do with a quick shine afterwards to ensure all clean enough to use, I found some items were not.

Room had broken lamp with plug stuck in socket
Rubbish found behind the bed
Food was poor. Mass produced and constant usage of left overs. What was labelled vegetable paella was savoury rice with peas. Flavourless. Cakes were dry.
Juice watered down. Flies on the salad.

Stay for a church conferance
Pros:

The room was nice and cosy,bed linen and towels were smelling fresh and clean
The bed very comfy,l will definitely recommend
The food was fresh and tasty,lots of variety...l was spoilt for choice
