Overpriced
Pros:

Incredible, historical building in a great location next to the park. Good showers/bathrooms and breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable and the room was a bit shabby. Standard rooms are not worth the price.

Un petit voyage dans le passé
Pros:

L'acceuil est des plus agréable, et les explications claires, n'oublié pas votre appareil photos lors du petit déjeuné car la salle est très belle. la personne de la réception et vraiement très agréable. Nous avons eu un gros coup de chance au niveau du parking, sur la place, a côté de l'hôtel, juste a coté du vehicule de police (ils ont juste pris mon numéro de telephone pour m'appeler au cas ou...

Cons:

Le Jaccuzi ne faisait pas de bulle ;((
Les rideaux des chambres ne doivent pas être descendu tous les jours car les plis étaient poussiereux

Fabulous stay in a fabulous old building.
Pros:

Fabulous historical building. We stayed in the suite and the big balcony was an amazing place to sit watching the world go by. The beds were very comfortable. Very spacious and well decorated rooms. We enjoyed being in the atmosphere of such an old building. Definitely with it if you can afford to. Great breakfast in a fabulous room! Book the spa for free to get it to yourselves!

Comfortable stay in Borjomi
Pros:

A beautiful, well maintained, heritage house located near the park. The Persian architecture is beautiful and quite unusual for Georgia. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working.

It’s right next to the entrance to the Central Park. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Also the experience of living in the historical building is quite unique and very memorable!

Cons:

The sleep is not the most comfortable, so if you are looking for a restful night, then this hotel is not the best choice - it is very loud (because of the location), and there is no blackout curtains, so it is rather bright in the room from all the light outside.
There is one hour of SPA included in your stay, which is a nice gesture, however, the facilities in SPA were not up to par - jacuzzi was not working and some other parts also could use some repair, like showers for instance

Historic building, be sure to take advantage of the spa
Pros:

Incredible historical building. The facade is stunning - be sure to see it when it’s lit up at night as well. If you stay, book a private time (for free!) in the spa, which feels appropriately Persian (the building itself is a present from a Persian ambassador to his local lover - you can see her face in the facade… dude wasn’t subtle)

The rest (rooms, breakfast) was fine but nothing special. Location is great - walkable into town and to the Borjomi spring and surrounding gardens. Nice people.

Cons:

Pretty expensive compared to comparable rooms elsewhere in Georgia. We could have seen the facade without staying there but ultimately I’m glad we stayed, especially because of the spa.

Pros:

Location is perfect, very helpful and welcoming staff, definitely willing to stay again if visit the town again.

Cons:

The air-conditioning only works in summer timing, you need to open the windows for fresh air if it was not summer.

Looking Great , but with limitations
Pros:

Suana, but could have been longer if the place is empty, or could be shared with other rooms

Cons:

There was a balcony which the reason I booked, just wanted to see it for 5 minutes, though the place was empty, but said it is related to other room by making it exclusive for higher price of other room, and excluding other rooms to just see it, it diminished whole experience of stay or low value for the price I pay.
