Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Could be frustrating checking in or out due to lack of staff at the front desk.
Pros:

Location, close to Stevens residential area- convenient for us to visit families.

Cons:

The fridge in the room is faulty and temperature is not cool enough to make chill water in a hot day in Singapore. We made the complain but nothing much was done. Could have given us a discount to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

When I asked the staff they recommended 2 restaurants outside the Hotel
We were not advised there was a restaurant in the Hotel. The choice of food at the restaurants outside the Hotel was lousy

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Not that much, dispute over breakfast , we showed a conformation from booking , staff were going to look into it staff never came back to us, shabby furniture, needed ice for an injury , told it would be $5.00
