Have stayed here numerous times over 10 years; first neg. experience in what is typically first-rate
Pros:

Location and accommodating and apologetic staff.

Cons:

Early Sunday morning noise re to construction and repair of hotel's elevator beside my room. Unacceptable. Manager was sympathetic and apologetic and agreed to comp my room. A fair and appreciated solution.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have restaurants in walking distance. It was easy to get to and not far from Purdue campus.

Cons:

The main elevator was broke. Which was a minor inconvenience.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

I appreciate that my children were able to eat for free. The soaps and lotions were a great perk in the room. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. The cookie given at check-in was unexpected and delicious.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included for adults. This was my fault for not noticing while hooking. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but the stairs were fine from the third floor.
