Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location worked out very well for our stay. Our tours were able to park close to the front door of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food in the Grazie restaurant was delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.
We had a problem with our TV the final night of our stay. They sent help the next morning to assess the situation.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Tv on the final night. Reading light was out.

Had a bathtub/shower that had to climb in instead of walking shower. Sometimes hard to get in and out.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Would recommend.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, very central to where we wanted to be. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was clean and we appreciated the separate shower and Crabtree and Evelyn products.

Cons:

The bacon at the buffet breakfast was a little too cooked…hard to cut through it. Delicious overall though.

Excellent location, staff and facilities. Easy to get to events and food areas all within walking distance. Beautiful.
Pros:

The location was sensational right next to the shopping strip. Reception and housekeeping staff were very accommodating and helpful. (Dan was our favorite, professional, helpful, polite and kind).

Beautiful hotel very clean, next time I will book the king room for the bigger bed
Pros:

Beautiful old style building very quite and really clean, very friendly staff, great location in the heart of the city

Cons:

Accidentally booked a queen room, bed was small and the pillows were hard as a rock woke up with a really sore neck and back the rest of the room was lovely, King room is way better because of the bed
