Quiet, friendly and comfortable in central Wellington.
The Parking was difficult and not clearly explained at booking time
It was very quiet.
The internet was very slow and the TV very limited.
The location was great.
Access to the parking was very challenging.
The whole stay was perfect. Staff were superb, room was more than I expected. No faults at all.

The room we got didn’t have natural light at all. That’s the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel. Even during day time we had to keep the lights on

Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. Very friendly and welcoming staff, well appointed room with very good bed, and exceptional bathroom. Well priced for a overnight stay.

Very dark inside; tiny window made the room very gloomy. Heating didn’t seem to work properly. TV in the room stopped working properly every 20-odd minutes.

Best service clean right in town will be back
We were very happy with the hotel which has a 'boutique' feel to it. It is in a great location in the heart of Lampton Quay, close to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and just a short walk to the waterfront. Lovely ambience and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very pleasant and there was a good choice of breakfast options, and the evening meal we had was delicious! We will definitely stay here again when next in Wellington.
Stayed in a Junior suite which was clean, tidy and massive - although there was only 1 luggage rack to put 1 suitcase on which felt a bit odd given the massive space and floor area of the room.
Breakfast selection was very minimal; just one small household toaster so there was a massive wait / delay for cooked bread and the selections of the buffet were just essentials. Being related to Hilton I expected a grander selection instead it felt quite basic / budget. We skipped breakfast the second morning due to experience from day one and went to a nearby cafe which we could order what we wanted and enjoyed it more. Room service took away 1 towel, but did not replace it which was a bit of a bizarre let down and no offer of nighttime turn down service.
