Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone, IN

Truly one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed at. All have been great, but this one was particularly exceptional. No complaints at all and would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Indianapolis area.

Great experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, accommodation was great! Thank you for taking such great care of our family.

Location, Location, Location.
Situated in a quiet area near shopping, restaurants, and the Interstate.
Hard working and polite front desk.
Big pool and very nice breakfast included with your stay.
Clean rooms and plenty of parking. Reasonable distance to IMS, Downtown and Lilly.

I hadn’t stayed at this place before but it had a good price and good reviews. I am SO happy that I booked the Hampton Inn! My partner and I had a staycation there for Panda Fest. From the moment I called the day of our check-in to notify them that I’d be coming late, it was a wonderful experience. I wish I could remember the woman’s name when I called, but she was insanely sweet and nice. She took time to ask me my preference of rooms and gave us one that was east-facing and it was great. Clean, very spacious, and so comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and mostly tasty (one morning, the scrambled eggs weren’t too palatable). The staff were very warm and responsive. It was great to stay there and I’ll for sure keep that in mind for my next trip to Indy.

This hotel is a pleasant place to stay. It is clean and well managed. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town for business.

Hotel is located within walking distance to a mall which is a nice feature. There are eateries, gas, and shopping near by. Front desk agent checking us in was the only person up front assisting the growing line of guests waiting to check in. Not sure why no one was helping him. There was not another employee around for the evening check in rush which reflects poorly on management. The single front desk agent handled the non stop arrival of guests with courtesy and professionalism, even taking the time to explain the amenities. I appreciate the early hours for breakfast but nothing special about breakfast. Room was large and comfortable and relatively quiet.

The location was great and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They showed genuine interest in our wellbeing.

This location has been our “go-to” place when visiting friends and family in Indianapolis. We have stayed here 2-3 times per year since the hotel opened. I recently made a mistake on a reservation that otherwise could have been very costly. The manager, Rodell, listened to my problem and was able to help bail me out of my error. I couldn’t be more grateful!

We enjoy the shopping, restaurants and the hotel itself is clean, well maintained and perfectly located off of I-465.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and never had an issue. The staff has always been friendly and the hotel has always been clean. The hotel is near shopping and has many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel.

Great place to stay if you are in Indianapolis, slightly north of the city at Keystone, hotel is a good standard, super friendly staff throughout and rooms are very good. The hotel has a pool. Breakfast offering a bit limited in terms of choice

Great staff. Clean and refreshed rooms. Within a mile of several great restaurants. Also located behind Fashion Mall. Another great Hampton experience.
