An exceptional hotel stay.
Pros:

Excellent facility. Had everything you needed. Close to shops. Had a trolley car out the front which was free to ride around town. Michael went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Due to the hot weather he gave us a later checkout before our flight home.

Good location in a fun part of Dallas.

Pros:

Smart, clean and great facilities. Nice quiet location with fabulous views of Downtown from the bar.

Cons:

Check out staff member was a little abrupt, valet parking was a bit rushed but efficient, new experience for us. Get rid of the silly Peleton bike in the gym that was unable to be used if you didn't have a Peleton account, very frustrating!
