No room cleaning, we stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned the room once.

Cons:

The breakfast on the first day has bacon in the eggs, and only had pork sausage. There was also a pubic hair in one of the towels in the room.

Cons:

Not property related, but it was hard to sleep because the night scheduled had a motorcycle gang meetup. They were called Magic Wheels MC and had a lot of noise in the parking lot.

Short, but sweet
Pros:

Front desk did great checking us in as she was in training. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many good choices.

Staff is very bad
Pros:

Very disappointed with the service. We originally booked a room at Hampton Inn & Suites, but when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and sent us to Home2 Suites. When we got there, the staff said they were also fully booked and told us to go back to Hampton Inn because they had our room. Meanwhile, our booking had been canceled.
We were sent back and forth between both hotels multiple times. Only after showing proof of our booking did they finally give us a room at Home2 Suites. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to us. One of the receptionists even said, “If you want, you can complain.”
This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating after a long day of travel. Very poor customer service and communication between the hotels.

Second time in less than a month I've had issues with a Hilton property. I will avoid in the future.
Pros:

The location worked for our needs. The hotel room was decent.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was awful. Bedside outlets and chargers didn't work. Why pay for parking if there is no security?

It was a good fit for our family to stay at!
Pros:

Location felt safe cause you can only get in with your key card from the hotel. Beds were comfortable, my family love the breakfast, lot of options. The pool was so nice!

Cons:

No microwave in the rooms or Jacuzzi but still I’d stay here again!
