Very disappointed with the service. We originally booked a room at Hampton Inn & Suites, but when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and sent us to Home2 Suites. When we got there, the staff said they were also fully booked and told us to go back to Hampton Inn because they had our room. Meanwhile, our booking had been canceled.
We were sent back and forth between both hotels multiple times. Only after showing proof of our booking did they finally give us a room at Home2 Suites. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to us. One of the receptionists even said, “If you want, you can complain.”
This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating after a long day of travel. Very poor customer service and communication between the hotels.
The location worked for our needs. The hotel room was decent.
The Wi-Fi was awful. Bedside outlets and chargers didn't work. Why pay for parking if there is no security?
Location felt safe cause you can only get in with your key card from the hotel. Beds were comfortable, my family love the breakfast, lot of options. The pool was so nice!
No microwave in the rooms or Jacuzzi but still I’d stay here again!

The environment here is always warm and welcoming! I love the staff especially Alfred with the breakfast crew! He is always so welcoming and happy to see us, making sure everything is stocked and that everyone is fed. His upbeat attitude and smile is what brings us back. The ladies at the front desk, Breana, Chelsea, and Luz are the prime example of amazing customer service should look like. They remembered our stay preferences from previous stays and they're always so happy and helpful. My family absolutely loves to come here to this property for that reason! Kudos to you all and that you guys for your outstanding service! See you all in July!

The lighting in the room was terrible. We have stayed in another Hampton Inn where the lighting was also very bad. The shower was slippery, but at least there were grab bars. The body lotion container was placed too high for me to reach comfortably. The breakfast food was cold
Comfortable room, clean, but people are always what gives soul to a service. Staff was great at all, but special acknowledgment on Dan , the hotel receptionist for the excellent service. He was extremely attentive, polite, and always willing to help. He truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel.
