מקום מושלם !!! יש בו הכל , כייף לטייל בו, החדר היה גדול ומרווח , השירות הבריכות האקווריום הכל מצוין !!!

ביקשו תוספת מחיר עבור מיטה לילדה,למרות שהיא היתה בהזמנה ושלמנו עבור שלושה אנשים.
Понравился комфорт номера, чистота, дизайн отеля, расположение отеля и то что много локаций. Очень хороший бассейн, много шезлонгов. Хороший завтрак, но мало представлена местная кухня.
Есть небольшие недостатки. При заселении не было сопровождения в номер (пришлось искать свой номер) и помощи с богажом не было. Плохо убирается пляж в течение дня и к вечеру он не ухожен. Администратор не рассказала о всех локациях отеля и буклет с информацией об отеле со всеми услугами отсутствует. Нет информации о бесплатных услугах. В отеле присутствуют много туристов из разных стран, а информация только на грузинском и английском.
We loved the staff who were always friendly and attentive. The aquarium is gorgeous, the breakfast was good, but nothing like the Paragraph Tbilisi breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and of good quality. I loved the winter garden in the pool area which gave options to spend time quietly away from the crowd. The pool is really big, so there is always enough space to swim. The sea is fantastic.
I was upset to see that this new building is deteriorating so quickly. The wall panels you see at the balcony are in bad condition and leak for hours after rain. The once see-through balconies are dirty and sad to look at. We were given a room on the first floor, and the view did include the sea, but between our balcony and the sea there were square meters of striped metal roof of the breakfast space, which was extremely dirty and rusty. In the aquapark the windows were dirty and everything was rusty as well. Unbelievable in a 5-star hotel.
We were given a 'better' room than the one we booked, but we weren't very happy with it, because the bedroom didn't have a window and it was depressing waking up in darkness. The hotel should warn about this feature before providing 'a better room'.
I was shocked to find out that though there are 4 restaurants in the hotel there is not a single one placed in the forest where the hotel is located. No sitting under the pines at dinner/lunch and enjoying a fresh breeze. I wish the hotel owners spent money on that instead of the tacky interiors. In general, the outdoor space of the hotel looks sad, there's a lot of construction litter piled on one side of the hotel and not many cosy areas for relaxing. It seems you are only welcome inside, not outside, which is weird since the nature is so beautiful in this part of the Black sea.

Отель замечательный, месторасположение отличное, всё было супер! Четвертый раз здесь отдыхаем!
Что-то нужно делать с рестораном грузинской кухни... уже, неоднократно писали и говорили об этом! Ценник аховый, а качество и вкус блюд, абсолютно не соответствует канонам национальной кухни! Почему? Непонятно....Очень жаль писать этот негатив, потому что остальное в отеле, практически, безупречно... но... Управляющие должны знать мнение постояльцев и вносить коррективы, чтобы отель был не на 5+, а на 10+++!!! Пишу этот отзыв специально, для информации и смены концепции, изменения формата и улучшения качества блюд! Не огорчайтесь, не расстраивайтесь, просто, примите к сведению, как дружескую рекомендацию!!!
