В общем довольна
Cons:

Берег от бассейна до моста частной территории был не убран и были мёртвые дельфины. Это немного смутило. При таком уровне отеля.Не такая большая там территория, можно и каждые полдня убирать. И это был единственный минус, но показательный.

Pros:

Великолепный отель с потрясающей атмосферой, Просто шикарнейший, огромный аквариум с акулами, скатами и невероятным разнообразием рыбок.
На территории работает несколько ресторанов. Еда — невероятно вкусная, с настоящим грузинским колоритом.
Персонал заслуживает высшей оценки.

Cons:

Пляж: единственный минус, который нас расстроил. Полежать и отдохнуть на пляже не удалось — он был грязным, с большим количеством мусора.

Outstanding experience
Pros:

Our family, my wife, our three children (ages 4 to 9) and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience.
From the very first moment we arrived, Maia the hotel manager welcomed us warmly and made us feel truly invited and comfortable throughout our stay. The entire hotel staff was also exceptional always kind, welcoming, professional and eager to help with anything we needed.
The hotel is new, modern, beautifully designed and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and inviting. The overall architectural and interior design of the hotel is truly a masterpiece.
The facilities were excellent, especially the water park, where our kids spent a significant amount of time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We also appreciated the convenient opening hours of all the hotel facilities.
One of the most unique and impressive features of the hotel is the huge aquarium located at the center of the property. It accompanies you throughout the stay whether passing through the lobby, heading to the pool or dining and adds a special atmosphere to the entire experience.
The hotel has so much more to offer than can fit into a single review. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to families looking for a modern, enjoyable and memorable vacation experience.

إقامتنا كانت ليوم واحد فقط، وندمت فعلًا أنها كانت قصيرة، لأن هذا المنتجع يستحق أكثر من يومين بكل جدارة.
تجربة ممتعة، مريحة، وفاخرة بكل معنى الكلمة، ويُعد من أفضل الفنادق والمنتجعات في جورجيا بلا مبالغة.

الإفطار كان استثنائيًا ومثاليًا لمختلف الأذواق العالمية، كما أن تفاصيل المكان ملهمة ومبهرة؛ من المسابح، وألعاب الأطفال، والنادي الصحي الفاخر المتكامل، إلى متجر الهدايا الأنيق… وهناك الكثير من الجمال الذي يصعب اختصاره في تقييم واحد.

أما الغرف والشرفات والردهات، فهي فوق الخيال فعلًا من ناحية الفخامة والإطلالة والتفاصيل.

ويجب أن أشير إلى أنني من زوار جورجيا المتكررين، ولدي تجربة مع أكثر من 50 فندقًا ومنتجعًا في جورجيا، ولذلك أستطيع القول بثقة إن هذا المكان من التجارب الاستثنائية والنادرة.

كما أود تقديم شكر خاص للموظفة الرائعة التي كان استقبالها حارًا واحترافيًا للغاية، وكانت تمثل بحق ثقافة الشعب الجورجي المضياف والكريم، وهذا من أكثر الأمور التي تجعل الزائر يشعر بالراحة والترحيب.

وأيضًا أقدّر جدًا احترافية فريق الأمن، فعندما انزعج بعض الجيران بسبب ارتفاع صوت الموسيقى في الشرفة، تم التعامل معنا بكل ذوق ولباقة وهدوء، بل واعتذروا عن مقاطعتنا، وهذا يعكس مستوى راقٍ جدًا في التعامل والضيافة.

ملاحظتان فقط للتحسين:
- المياه عند فتح الصنبور تكون داكنة لفترة قبل أن تصبح صافية.
- أنصح بتوفير مظلات (Umbrellas) للزوار والساكنين نظرًا لطبيعة المنطقة الماطرة.
