Perfect stay!
Pros:

I liked that it had a bath...And everytime we came back in the evening, a bag with fresh towels and water bottles hung on the door's handle. The employes are extremely helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Pretty much everything was fine, just that the water coming from the tap smelled like chlorine...

Good location, friendly staff, terrible pillows and dirty.
Pros:

Good location, large bed and good shower pressure.

Cons:

Pillows were absolutely terrible! We asked for different ones but the hotel only had a couple of options.
Stains on the bedding and walls.
The carpets were filthy, wallpaper pealing off the walls and ceiling along with a damp smell in the rooms.
Best to avoid this place if you can.

Pros:

Le camere sono oggettivamente molto piccole e l'hôtel non dispone di particolari servizi, ma ovviamente questo gli permette di mantenere dei prezzi più che convenienti. La posizione è centrale, in una strada non trafficata di un ottimo quartiere, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo, le amenities a disposizione degli ospiti sono innumerevoli, tra cui un pigiama he viene cambiato ogni giorno; inoltre ogni mattina, al piano terra, viene offerta della piccola pasticceria. Il letto è ampio e comodissimo, l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene e l'insonorizzazione è perfetta.

Cons:

Pulizia molto buona ma puoʻ essere perfezionata.
Sarebbero necessari alcuni interventi di manutenzione all'interno della camera.
Il personale è cortese e disponibile ma sfortunatame ha delle difficoltà con l'inglese.

Eccezionale.
Pros:

La stanza era perfetta. Pulita e ordinata....forse un po' piccola ma fornita di tutto: caffè, tea, pigiama e ciabattine, prodotti per il bagno. Ci hanno persino lasciato un kit per i bambini molto apprezzato.
A qualsiasi orario, era disponibile la macchinetta delle bevande calde (offerte) e il dispenser del ghiaccio.
Al mattino a colazione c'erano a disposizione dei mini croissant e viennoiseries, paninetti dolci e salati.
Inoltre, sempre a disposizione si potevano avere kit di cosmetici ( spazzolino, pettine, oshibori). Fatto il check in si possono lasciare le valigie nella hall in attesa della partenza.
La posizione è abbastanza centrale e vicinissima alla metro Hanzomon e al palazzo e giardini imperiali ( entrata Hanzomon).
