The Nest Tokyo
Pros:

Location was good...close to a decent station for getting around Tokyo. It was clean, they provided as much water as you wanted, the coffee/hit chocolate/Tea machine was always available. Elevator...no stairs. They will hold luggage.

Cons:

The room was SO SMALL, like ridiculous! No privacy in the room if traveling with a companion. They said they had breakfast, but it was just bread pastries....same everyday. The price was too high...$197/ night US. For 2 very small twin beds.

Fantastic stay with a great location. I would definitely come back.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and being just a short walk from the metro made getting around Tokyo incredibly easy.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't much to complain about. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's quite common in Tokyo and didn't affect my stay.

大変快適で、リピートしたいと思えるホテルです。
Pros:

今風の、コンパクトでオシャレな感じのホテル。
入口から清潔感があった。
質問したいことがあって、メールを送ったが、レスポンスがかなり早かった。

Cons:

洗面台にヒビが入っていたのでビックリしたけど、使う分には特段の問題はなかった。

Pros:

The location is great and it's calm and quiet with easy train access. The area is clean and safe and the hotel was great.

Cons:

My only gripe would be the room size. There was not enough space to even lay out a suitcase flat other than down the hallway. I want to stress though that this is probably the norm for Tokyo and overall the experience was positive.

nice stay at Nest Hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

The hotel is well situated some 70m from the nearest subway station. Rooms were clean even though somewhat small in size, but Tokyo hotels are usually small anyway. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are available throughout the day.

Cons:

The breakfast were very basic with coffee, tea and hot chocolate along with some pastries but it was complementary.
