Location, location, location!
Pros:

Really convenient location next to Hanzomon station and away from all the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but still not too far from all of the action.

Cons:

Small room and small bed. I asked for an extra pillow due to having a sore neck and I was told that such a request was not possible - this was really disappointing.

Pros:

Кровати и подушки были удобные, уборка ежедневная , даже если вам ничего убирать не нужно, то каждый день оставляют свежие полотенца, пижамы и воду

Cons:

Очень тесный, крошечный номер, там будет мало места даже одному человеку, не то что двум.
Для крупных чемоданов могут быть проблем с местом.
Кровати хоть отдельные, но довольно узкие,
Кофемашина на первом этаже ломалась машина по несколько раз за день.

could be a nice place to stay, unfortunately just not up to standard, especially in relation to the price.
Pros:

the location was convenient and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

room wasn’t clean, the wallpaper was peeling off, there were stains on the walls and hair in the bathroom and partly on the sheets as well. elevator was really dirty. the room was small, and the bed was just two single mattresses pushed together.

Pros:

The location was very well situated close to transport. The hotel was modern enough, and close to green space.

Cons:

The room was very small, very difficult to have two suitcases - or indeed two people - in the double room.

Néhány éjszakára megfelelő kis szoba lehet.
Pros:

A szoba rendben volt, de az ablak sajnos a tűzlépcsőre nézett, ami nem tetszett.
Az ingyenes reggeli a lobbyban jól jött, örültünk neki. Ingyen kávé szintén jó dolog.
A metro viszonylag közel volt, illetve egy Familymart is volt a környéken.

The location is super great! The staff is very helpful. Tea/coffee, microwave is available 24 hours. Three different supermarkets super close to the hotel. In the morning free pastry. The water pressure is excellent!

Cons:

Maybe the size of the room is a bit inconvenient, especially if you have big suitcases. But I was told it's a good price/ room size balance.
