Definitely worth the money
Pros:

We had good sized connecting rooms, with a larger room and a smaller room. All the staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel ad Hanoi per tre notti. È stata un’esperienza piacevole. Un luogo silenzioso e accogliente dove tornare dopo il trambusto della città. La nostra camera era molto pulita e curata. Erano disponibili anche prese che non richiedevano l’uso di adattatori. Ringraziamo tantissimo lo staff che si è reso disponibile a conservare i nostri bagagli dalle 7 del mattino, quando siamo arrivate, fino alle 13, quando è stato possibile fare il check in. Anche il giorno del check out li hanno tenuti fino alle 16. Inoltre ci hanno permesso di accedere alla stanza con un’ora di anticipo.

Incredible service from incredible people
Pros:

The hospitality and welcome nature of Ivy, Chi, Viet and William at the front desk is something I have never experienced before. They offered help and support throughout the entire journey and went beyond their role and expectations to ensure we had a great stay. Cannot speak more highly of them or what they meant for our trip

Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

1) Positives were the front desk staff Ivy and Chi - excellent customer service at all times. 2) AC was good but rattling noise sometimes. 3) Hot water was good. 4) Wifi was fine. 5) King bed was comfy but by the 2nd night it felt like it was two full size beds that were joined since it felt like the mattresses were just barely sliding apart during the night. I just moved over a little bit and it was fine. 6) I appreciated the two small bottles of complimentary water delivered everyday.

Cons:

1) Toilet hadn't been cleaned before I arrived, so when I opened the lid I was greeted by someone's hairs in the bowl. An honest mistake that was probably just missed this time - everything else seemed to be clean. 2) AC temp was good and room cooled quickly, but there was occasionally a rattling sound that would begin at random times. After the first night I got used to it (Room 302). 3)I was surprised to open the window and see it open onto the wall of the next building, but on the plus side, I think this kept it much quieter at night, so it was probably for the best.

Exceptional stay and top-notch hospitality in Hanoi!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hanoi Center Silk Premium during our vacation in Vietnam! The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our trip.

A special thank you to Ms. Chi, Ms. Ivy, Viet, and William for their incredible warmth, hospitality, and helpfulness. They helped arrange everything we needed seamlessly, including our day tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. The tours were extremely reliable, well-organized, and offered great value for money.

We couldn't have asked for a better host in Hanoi. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city—we would love to stay here again!

Vielen Dank an das Team Chi, Ivy, Viet and William, die den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht haben.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt war super um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Chi war immer sehr interessiert und hat gute Lokale und Essenstipps gegeben.

Best location in the old quarter with lovely and kind staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable facilities. Very good value for the price. The service from Chi, Ivy, Viet, and William was the best and the main reason why I would return to this hotel!

Cons:

Stairs and access can be a bit complicated for someone with mobility issues. Rooms are sufficient and comfortable but very basic.

Great for the location and the people, but the rooms need a refresh.
Pros:

The location is excellent: central, yet on a quieter street, so there's very little noise at night. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The rooms are very tired and look quite different from the photos on Booking.com, so expectations should be adjusted. When we gave feedback, the staff seemed afraid they'd be blamed for it, which isn't their fault. It feels like they've never been shown how to handle feedback, and management should support them better.
