Personnel super agréable, avenant, toujours prêt à rendre service.
Avant notre arrivée des messages personnalisés pour customiser l'accueil et nous proposer une voiture pour nous conduire de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Pendant tout le séjour tout le personnel s'est mis à notre disposition.
Emplacement central mais calme car on est dans une petite rue à sens unique.
Très très bon rapport qualité-prix.

房間乾淨住得放心
Pros:

住連通房房間乾淨空間大，周邊有幾間好吃的越南河粉店，櫃檯員工親切有禮。

Cons:

會聽到其他樓層廁所沖水的聲音，補水聲會持續一陣子，還蠻大聲的；酒店櫃檯在2樓，1樓是住家，1樓（往下3階）2樓（往上8-9階）都有階梯，入住的時候在晚上九點沒有房務可以幫忙提行李，退房的時候在早上八點-10點有房務可以提行李，只有一台電梯，退房的高峰時間要等一下子，酒店位置方便叫車。

Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình , các bạn Chi, Châu , Quang và Giáp rất thân thiện . Phòng ở rộng rãi và gần các điểm tham quan, gần nhà thờ lớn Hà Nội, cách phố đi bộ rất gần và cách phố đường tàu 10 phút đi bộ. Đây là lần thứ 2 mình quay lại khách sạn.
