Room is spacious with balcony and Old Quarter view with good location. Around have many Michelin restaurant easy for short walk with children.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, big thanks to Quanj who was very tentative and kind as well as to the old man at the reception! The boutique location is perfect, just minutes away to the Old Quarter in a small, quiet neighborhood.
Had a pleasant stay! They as well can easily extend your room if your flight is late in the evening, charging by the hour about 2€.

All in all a fantastic hotel
Pros:

Chi Phuong and Quang were both excellent the room was lovely and was cleaned every day toiletry’s were refreshed as well as water and tea. The hotel is in a great location not difficult to find with Google maps. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

Great stay in the centre of Hanoi!
Pros:

Great location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Very quiet but accessible to all the main spots. A short walk from the lake. Staff are all very friendly and keen to help out!

Cons:

Some of the furnishings are a little dated but that’s just aesthetics. Excellent price for what you get.
