Für Städtetourismus kaum zentraler möglich
Pros:

Maximal zental gelegen am Hotspot des Porto-Tourismus. In der zweiten Reihe zum Fluss. Altes Gebäude, liebevoll und zeitgemäß restauriert und eingerichtet. Ausreichend große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, hilfreiches Personal, gerne wieder.

Cons:

(Zumindest) Samstagnacht sehr lange sehr laut vom Ribeiraplatz, kaum schallisolierende Fenster. Anreise mit dem Auto ist oft nicht möglich, da die Zugangsstraßen zugunsten von Restaurants und Fußgängern gesperrt werden.

Never again avoid Boutique hotels major corporations companies do more to resolve issues quicker.

The hotel should have done better description of what they have available for guests if they do not have a single mattress - queen size bed,
WRITE AND BE TRANSPARENT! They had to make a makeshift queen size bed with two twin beds that should’ve been written somewhere in the descriptions instead of us, finding out live in person, creating a huge inconvenience. In addition to that there was mold and scum all over the bathroom. The room is not properly cleaned. The paint was chipping, and the rooms were not maintained as well as the pictures. They should be a three star hotel just a basic place. It’s not as nice as a perceives to be in the pictures which I feel like as false advertisement as well after three days of going back-and-forth with the hotel they did assist with a amicable fair solution, but it shouldn’t have taken that long, especially considering that information was provided on what they said it was willing to provide.

Location is perfect. I’ve stayed at this place about 3 times now.

Cons:

The staff on the day of arrival. She was extremely rude and unpleasant and I don’t think I’ve experienced this before. She actually made my final day in Porto awful.

Locatie was super!

Cons:

Geen vitrage voor de ramen. Omdat het overliggende gebouw heel dicht bij ligt moet je dus eigenlijk steeds de overgordijnen dicht houden omdat de ramen echt recht tegenover elkaar liggen.

Lovely comfortable and clean. Room was large with plenty of space for luggage. I liked the layout of the room too. As 3 adults sharing, we all had our privacy. Location was excellent 👌

Danke, aber nicht noch einmal

Die Zentrale Lage aber das war es auch schon!

Cons:

Kein Ausblick, aircon hat nicht funktioniert, wenn man das Fenster öffnet gibt es einen unangenehmen Geruch vom Restaurant nebenan! Und es ist furchtbar laut von der Strasse, das Frühstück Buffet hat nichts mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu tun! Ausgetrocknetes Rührei, altes Brot, Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht zusammen.
Die Rezeption ist eher nicht bemüht jemanden zu helfen, kein Interesse für den hospitality Job!
