Pros:

L'albergo si contraddistingue per l'unicità dell'arredamento ed atmosfera ricercata e curata nei dettagli, con ampie aree comuni eleganti e accoglienti. La posizione centralissima nel quartire de la Ribeira, è perfetta per visitare comodamente la città a piedi, con ottimi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione eccellente, abbondante e di qualità.
Staff gentilissimo, professionale e sempre super disponibile.
Consigliatissimo !

Muito barulho vindo da rua!!! Não se pode ter um sono sossegado, infelizmente!

Spoilt by some of the above comments
Pros:

Nice size room and bathroom. Good position

Cons:

No hot water first day so unable to shower. No internet last day. Had to ask for a kettle and tea in the room not automatically provided. Asked for some cold milk and was told there wasn’t any in the hotel so had to go out and buy our own! Staff unhelpful. Breakfast average. No tissues in room which we would have expected in this type of hotel.

Unbeatable location, excellent hotel & staff
Pros:

Unbeatable location! One street back from the river and right in the centre of the tourist area.
Room was everything we needed, huge with comfortable beds, amazing rain shower.
The young women on reception were excellent - always friendly and helpful.
