Fantastic, classy hotel in the best location
Pros:

Amazing hotel right in the thick of things, but you enter into a little oasis of tranquility and class. The room was large and the bathroom huge. The welcome glass of port was a treat. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura, moderna ed accogliente, un voto 10 perché abbiamo avuto un problema a letto e ci hanno sostituito immediatamente la camera.

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli come il lavandino non andava via l’acqua, la televisione che non funzionava nella hall. Ci vuole soltanto un po’ più di attenzione per prendere tutti i 10, ma ripeto con noi sono stati veramente cortesi.

Perfect location and good value
Pros:

The location of this hotel could not be any better. It was safe, everything was accessible, everything walkable. I would stay here again solely for the location.
The room was spacious and the staff were all friendly. They offered port wine on arrival too.

Cons:

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The floorboards were quite creaky in the room. Thankfully I was on the top floor so I had no creaky ones above me. And the curtain on the bedroom window doesn’t fully cover the window.
