Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The entire place was spotless, the food was delicious, and the pool was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend or return.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The property owner made my friend cancel and change her booking for a “better room” for the same value. Room wasn’t better the same to mine and no Mountain View which was promised. Paid booking.com price for a worse room. No rooms here have a balcony.

Soon as we entered the lobby, owner was pushing the group (4 people) to buy tours off her for a discount.

Arrived back to bedroom night one with flys on the bed, explained to owner wanted a new room. Owner stated she could change sheets or hotel was fully booked and wanted to refund me, but find my own accommodation at 10pm at night. She wanted me to “help her” in cancelling and getting a refund. She didn’t one apologies about the flys covering both double beds or why this happened.
I refused, stating I have paid for accommodation and it was her responsibility to provide me with the service I had PAID for. Got a room in a local hotel for the night.

I returned for my second night. She didn’t acknowledge the previous issue the next day.

Bed very uncomfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel!!!

Friendly and welcoming owners. Very good location, nice breakfast, good AC, nice rooms/bed, they accept card and can arrange all the tours and buses for you. Swimming pool is awesome too. I Will be back
