I really liked the size, location and hours the pool was open at. I liked the breakfast range, I liked the location of the hotel and how friendly the staff was at check in.
The mattress and the size of the bed were also a very a pleasant surprise.
The bar lounge was very well designed and there is a table football to use there too.
I strongly believe that the building Needs a major refreshment as I found the room not up to the standards there was lots of marks on the walls half of the paint of the table and bedside tables were gone the floor was in a similar state. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the ventilation of the shower room. i’ve also noticed the curtain hat stains and there were mould in the shower.
Position.
Le problème le plus grave est sans aucun doute la propreté : l’établissement est très sale et, bien que nous ayons expressément demandé que la chambre soit nettoyée, le ménage est effectué de manière superficielle, voire pas du tout. Une situation absolument inacceptable pour un hôtel.
Le service des serviettes est également insuffisant : elles ne sont pas changées régulièrement et, pour deux personnes, une seule serviette pour les mains est parfois mise à disposition.
Autre point très négatif : le parking. Parmi les services proposés, il est indiqué qu’il est possible de se garer, mais le parking est également utilisé par les clients du restaurant. Si l’on rentre tard le soir, on risque donc concrètement de ne plus trouver de place et de devoir laisser sa voiture à l’extérieur de l’établissement.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est mal géré. L’horaire indiqué est de 7 h 00 à 10 h 00, mais en arrivant à 9 h 00, de nombreux produits sont déjà épuisés et, bien qu’il reste encore une heure de service, ils ne sont pas réapprovisionnés. Il n’est pas acceptable de proposer un buffet jusqu’à 10 h 00 et de laisser ensuite les clients privés d’une grande partie de l’offre.
Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très décevante. La propreté, la gestion des serviettes, le parking et le petit-déjeuner sont des aspects fondamentaux de l’hospitalité et, ici, ils laissent clairement à désirer. Je n’y retournerais pas et je ne me sens pas en mesure de recommander cet établissement.

La situation,la propreté des chambres,le dîner..
La montée d'escalier parait vétuste surtout le revetement du sol.par rapport au reste de l" hotel.
L'emplacement juste à côté du château de Chambord. Les autres châteaux de la Loire (Blois, Cheverny, Villesavin...) pas trop éloignés également.

Le cadre, l'accueil.
Le bruit, j'invite fortement le responsable de l'établissement à dormir dans la chambre 303 et à apprécier les ouvertures et fermetures de ce que je pense être la porte des cuisines (bruit de porte battante). Impossible de s'endormir avant 1h du matin et à 5h du matin c'était reparti, nuit horrible...

Taches « propres « sur les draps, nous n’avons pas eu nos cafés du café gourmand et bien que nous l’avons signalé au moment de payer, ils ont voulu nous facturer le tarif plein du café gourmand et nous avons dû réclamer pour avoir une remise de 2 euros !

Ons ‘terras’ had uitzicht op het rokende keukenpersoneel en hun brommers; door ook rokende buren stonk onze slaapkamer behoorlijk naar sigaretten. Handdoek te weinig, thee te weinig, reservering aanvankelijk onvindbaar - veel slordigheden dus voor bijna €190
