Room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a kitchen, so I felt at home while away from home.

I had to wait 30 minutes to check in nobody would come to the front desk.

Pros:

Location was perfect. The shuttle driver was very knowledgeable of area. And the price point was great.

Cons:

The outside doors card key didn't work. Only one elevator was operational. The night security guard was rude and disrespectful. Got conflicting information from night time staff on outside doors. One said put a rock in it the other said not to.

Pros:

There was always coffee available. It was easy access to the freeways and close to food.

Cons:

The pillows on the beds are horrible. The "firm" pillows were definitely not firm. You always have comfy mattresses but the pillows make sleeping terrible. A true firmer pillow option would be great. I usually bring my own due to the flimsy pillows.
Only 1 elevator worked and the locks on the exterior doors did not work well or close well which was alarming for safety concerns.

Cons:

Toilet ran all the time. Faucet in shower valve didn't let enough water through for good watrr pressure. Tv was hard to control with no instructions. Ice maker in fridge made tapping noises all night, sounding like someone in hallway knocking on doors. Unusual foul smell on floor by doorway to hall.

Pros:

I was upgraded to a king suite because the elevator wasn't working to the floor my room was reserved on and I had to haul boxes from my truck to room. The night manager was more than helpful to offer this and the room was amazing!!! The cleanliness was outstanding, it came with a moderately stocked kitchen w dishwasher/stove,etc and exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a late checkout the next morning no problem either. The location was on a quiet street and no problems with parking outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing!!! Nothing but good to say about this property, which is rare....
