Would stay again
Pros:

Excellent location and good value for money. Serves Indian food We ate in the bar area as we had our dog with us.

Cons:

The state of the room (cleanliness) was catastrophic. Dirty walls, likely years of grease stains/sebum residue where the bed meets the wall. Right where one of us was supposed to sleep. Rust and verdigris on the shower head, suspicious stains on the bed base... We were not expecting much in terms of location, size or service for this price, yet we were still expecting a basic level of cleanliness. This expectation was not met at all.

Pros:

Badrummet var fräscht men luktade kloak, sunkig heltäckningsmatta och möbler. inget jag återvänder till tyvärr.
Men prisvärt om man inte har för höga förväntningar.

Lovely hotel perfect for the airport.
Pros:

We use this hotel for the airport. Great staff lovely restaurant, with a selection of great food, especially good Indian food. Real home from home and always feel very welcome.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and approachable.

Cons:

Lack of plug sockets. Lights above beds had no switch to turn on and off. Bathroom door sticks and you need to really pull to shut it which then disturbs everyone else.

Uncomfortable as room was so HOT and shower water pressure so terrible

We booked 5 rooms at the hotel for a family party we all paid different prices
I paid for the most expensive room but on arrival the man just got all keys and showed to all to each room not taking this in place ?? so we ended up with a smallest (very very Hot ) room yet we had paid nearly £40 more for the better one ?? No air in room and showers were terrible very light water pressure
I do think if you paid for the best room you should get the best it was very unfair that he just gave the rooms to others ? Once people had got given there room we could ask for the room we paid for ?

Cons:

The property had a terrible damp smell at entrance , rooms were clean & tidy but heat & shower pressure spoilt the stay, shame as staff were very nice

Felt very unsafe especially when husband left to go and pick some food up as someone opened the room door again while I

We had 4 different people open the room door while we was in the room which was very worrying so had to keep door locked at all times being in the room NOT GOOD !!
