Breakfast is really not up to standard with no real juice and limited choice. No real pastries and croissants.
The hotel is lovely , located a bit separated from the crowded city center, but in the meantime close to everything. Lake is only 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Very beautiful territory, garden and the pool. Hotel is more like a boutique stale , quiet, cozy and family owned . The owner Paola is very helpful , always around her guests . The staff in general friendly and I liked that dogs are allowed in all areas .
I would not recommend booking Mountain View room, as some of them are on the 1st floor and experience from the stay is not that great. However lake view rooms are just amazing

Das Fitnessstudio könnte etwas größer sein und die Trennung beim Abendessen zwischen Bar (mit ausgewählten Speisen) und Restaurant - obwohl beides zusammenhängend ist - haben wir nicht ganz verstanden.
GAIA was an exceptional help and asset during our stay. She's helped a lot with our issue and I must say I do love her to the bit :) She deserve a pay raise and I'm tellin you whoever reads this - GAIA and ANNA are awesome and totally professional. I'd like to come back one summer, this stay was totally cool and mainly thanks to GAIA and the Team!
the fact that we had to leave just after 6th night ... otherwise I'd have stay there for a month!
Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Liegemöglichkeiten im Schatten, Pool ist ebenfalls super sauber und schön. Die Aussicht war wunderschön! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hundefreundliche Personal, das immer einen Keks parat hatte und sich über den Hund gefreut hat!
