Pros:

Great location for university. Clean and safe as single traveller. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Very hot weather and having stayed here before I knew to bring earplugs, especially if having window open.

Pros:

Perfect location for the university visit as it was right next to the halls of residence. It was clean and decent for the budget price you pay.

Cons:

Quite noisy and a very small room as it was refurbished student accommodation. Bed was a small double so quite cosy for two people.

Grubby student digs that were cheap but not enough in the description to advise before booking.
Pros:

The price was what encouraged me

Cons:

No mention in the advert this was actually student digs which had been vacated for the holidays. The room was grubby with peeling paint and mould in the shower corners. Staff were fairly indifferent and a bit short.

Excellent value for money, clean room and bathroom. Parking available.
Pros:

Very good value for money, Clean bedroom and bathroom. If all you want is a bed to crash into for the night, then look o further. Bonus coffee and croissant for breakfast. For the price its very good. Lifts to all levels. 24 hr reception.

Cons:

room is a bit on the small side, but that's all you need if you are looking for a place to sleep for the night.

Convenient , value for money , more a business /conference stay than holiday.
Pros:

It is a fairly central location , but areas of interest , shops and food outlets are within walking distance. There’ s a bus stop close by. The receptionists were very helpful , kind and friendly. On site parking was available. A light breakfast of hot drink and pastry is available and there is a communal kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and the windows do not open very widely . As it as during a heatwave the room was very muggy and airless. The doors bang shut which was particularly annoying during the night.

Great value
Pros:

Reasonably priced, great location for Encliff park. Clean basic rooms. Great for single occupancy, okay for one night for a couple. 3rd stay there would return

Cons:

Rooms were a little to warm, but we did have a heatwave at the time ofcour stay

Good price but an uncomfortable stay and staff didn’t really seem bothered to help out.
Pros:

Good location and very cheap.

Cons:

There was a cigarette butt in the shower which was making the bathroom smell. We alerted a member of staff about an hour after check in as we were heading out. They said they would have the shower cleaned but when we returned the cigarette was still there. We did let them know again on check out but they didn’t really seem bothered. The padding around the bed was damaged so the bed became covered in bits of black plastic.

obviously student accommodation, but should have had kettle and mug!
Pros:

didn't have great expectations, obviously student accommodation, not even a kettle and mug, and coffee machine down stairs switched off about 20.30.
breakfast was one pastry and a coffee.bathroom tiny but clean, towels good, big sleeping platform, have to crawl across it to open the window.

Cons:

being able to make a drink, as above.
