Good value
Pros:

Good value for money, nice pastries and tea/coffee for breakfast.

Cons:

The whole place was so hot! We didn’t sleep at all because it was uncomfortably hot, there’s no ventilation and the window only opens a crack. They ran out of pastries for breakfast one day.

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location for visiting student halls or Botanical Gardens and Eccy Road area.
Always friendly, helpful staff. Rooms basic but clean- bed great for one person. Free wi fi and large tv.
Numerous common areas to use and shared kitchens available to make drinks.

Cons:

Fact you are only allowed one filter coffee or tea at breakfast. A free refill would not break the bank! Can be a bit noisy during term time due to students in nearby halls - but understandable.

Cheap but a poor nights sleep
Pros:

A good location, close to good restaurants and bars on Eccleshall Road. A nice selection of complimentary breakfast goods

Cons:

It was unbearable hot in all areas of the hotel and the room windows didn’t open enough to get any air. The building is noisy too.

A bit thirsty
Cons:

Would be nice if there were tea and coffee facilities in rooms. There are communal kitchens with hot water etc, but no milk or tea /coffee.

Pros:

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice pastry and coffee for breakfast.

Cons:

Parking on site not always available. Also my room was at the front near the entrance so quite noisy with engines revving and people chatting. Room small, clean and good for one person.

Not bad but not excellent
Pros:

-Comfortable bed
-Nice water pressure in the bathroom

Cons:

-There was mould in the bathroom ceiling by the shower cabin.
-They advertise parking available on the description but this is only on a first come first serve basis which is not made clear or advertised prior booking, the staff advised me to park on the street as the day I arrived all parking spots were taken, as consequence of this I curbed one of my wheels due to poor lighting on the residential streets nearby.

Economical clean convenient.
Pros:

Economical, clean, tidy, easy to use with ensuite. Breakfast basic but included. Relatively comfortable. Convenient and well used for student graduation.

Pros:

Staff were reasonably helpful

Cons:

The bed has never seen a double, it’s tiny.
The noise levels are ridiculous due to loud closing doors
The shower had mould.

Pros:

Very convenient for university halls and Endcliffe Road area. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Rooms fairly basic but always clean with smart tv and numerous charging points. Free wi fi. Kitchen for use on every floor.
Hot drinks can be bought at reception and coffee/ tea and pastry free in morning.
Plenty of common room space

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy at night but to be expected as on uni halls campus.
Rooms rather warm in summer.
