Pros:

The breakfast was generous! The view of the street and morning activities created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel has a great classic vibe and is central to all the hustle and bustle of the area. The staff and owner were very helpful with my luggage and in arranging a taxi to the airport. I would definitely visit again :)

Pros:

Im Zentrum von Istanbul (OST) gelegen. Dementsprechend ist dort viel los - viele Touristen und einheimische Bevölkerung. Hat uns besser gefallen als im Westteil Istanbuls.
Famlien geführtes, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Manchmal etwas schwierig sich gut zu verständigen.
Fähren / Metro sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Würde ich wieder buchen

Cons:

Trreppenhausbeleuchtung geht zu spät an und müßte verbessert werden.
Das Betreten des Hotels kann nur mit Hilfe des Personals erfolgen (keine Schlüssel für die Eingangstür). Das Personal ist aber immer da.

А unique, atmospheric stay with authentic vintage soul and a high level of service

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sarnıç Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. Many thanks to the host, Hakan, and the whole team, especially the lovely Başak, and our guardian angels Resul, Barış, and Zekeriya. People make the place, and we were so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people!

We felt safe, welcome, and truly valued. Everything we asked for was provided in no time, with genuine pleasure and warmth.

The hotel itself is a great gem! The location is a solid 10/10, the breakfast was hearty and delicious, and our room was spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable king-size bed. I also loved the bathroom with its brand new fixtures. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, atmospheric stay with authentic vintage soul and a high level of service.

Pros:

Хорошая локация. Рядом метро и речной транспорт на другую сторону. Старый особняк переделан в гостиницу. Для любителей старины. Пастельное белье чистое. Персонал приветливый

Cons:

Очень шумно вечером. Окна деревянные, ночью спать не комфортно. Все полы скрипят. Слышно соседей сверху.

O experienta de nerepetat
Pros:

Locatia este in apropierea mijloacele de transport in comun si in apropierea magazinelor si restaurantelor. Personalul a încercat sa fie drăguț si lenjeria a fost curata.

Am stat la et. 2, camera 217, o camera foarte mica, cu o baie improvizata in interiorul ei. Camera precar igienizata, foarte mult praf, cu mobilier vechi, lumina foarte slaba, un singur bec in camera , total insuficient. Scara de acces este abrupta si foarte zgomotoasa iar in camera se aude absolut tot ce se intampla in camerele vecine si pe culoar. In terasa restaurantului este muzica de la ora 22.00 pana la ora 2 noaptea. Imposibil sa te poti odihni. Geamurile sunt foarte, foarte vechi si nu se închid bine. Micul dejun f slab, in fiecare zi acelasi...servit la porție, pe o tava de plastic. Internetul s-a întrerupt continuu. Doua zile din 7 nu am avut apa calda....

Temizlik, hizmet vs herşey yeterliydi. Kahvaltı zayıftı ancak çok önemli değil.
Tek kötü durum, otel konumundan kaynaklanan dışardaki gürültü.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer belebten Straße mit Kneipen und Cafés. Wir hatten das oberste Suite mit kleiner Terrasse zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer war wirklich in einem nicht guten Zustand. Der Boden war klebrig und In einer Nische lag ein großer Kartons und eine Regipsplatte rum. Die Eingangstür zum Zimmer hatte eine unverputzte offene Regipsplatte mit Nägel und Schrauben. Das Bad war stark sanierungsbedürftig mit einer nicht mehr ansehnlichen Kalk- und Seifenresten befallen und defekten Duschkabinentür. Bis spät um Mitternacht war Livemusik zu hören und die Fenster hatten so gut wie keine Schalisolation. Vor einer Fensterbank lag zudem ein ausgerolltes dreckiges Handtuch. Zum Schluss dachten wir, dass vielleicht uns noch das angepriesene „Kontinental Frühstück“ etwas milde stimmen könnte. Leider war auch das sehr enttäuschend. Letztlich ist uns wirklich schleierhaft wie das Hotel zu den guten Bewertungen gekommen ist. Unser Start in den Istanbulurlaub ist mit dieser Unterkunft gänzlich missglückt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert
