Pros:

Spacious room, great breakfast, good location, wonderful staff. Views of the mountains when there was no cloud cover.

Cons:

Construction site opposite where work started early and finished late.

Amazing!!
Pros:

GREAT STAFF. We had an early transfer and made sure we got our breakfast and packed some of it for us to take. I left my passport and within the same day they had packaged it and sent it to Hanoi with a driver. The breakfast was fab. Great location, cleaned rooms, nice balcony at the top. Great value for money would definitely stay here again.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location close to square and station for Fanispan. Spacious rooms. Lovely staff

Cons:

Breakfast ok but coffee was not good. Had to ask for room to be serviced twice.

Hôtel sympa et bien placé
Pros:

Chambre confortable avec balcon proche du centre
Et très belle terrasse en roof top
Accueil chaleureux et bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Dommage qu’il y ait actuellement un chantier en face de l’hôtel, mais ça ne dérange pas beaucoup et c’est provisoire

Schönes großes und sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Wäscheservice (2$/kg Wäsche) möglich
Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum von Sa Pa, aber trotzdem etwas abgelegen und ruhiger. Gerne wieder :)

Sapa's best kept secret.
Pros:

This family run hotel was a joy to stay at and return to after days trips. All the family members are friendly, fun, happy and helpful. Sharing breakfast with the family was another surprise. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

We didn't like leaving at the end of our stay

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful with local activities they recommended
Pros:

Amazing room with great views of local street, very spacious and relaxing

Cons:

At the time i was staying there was maintenance going on across the street so lots of noise but nothing too extreme

Great stay
Pros:

Huge big comfortable bed with a lovely view of the mountain from the side window. Good to have a balcony also. Breakfast was good. Staff very very friendly and helpful with bookings. Allowed us to stay longer than check out time until our bus was due to leave. Great price also!
