Pros:

I enjoyed the activities they had for kids and guests. Especially the Horse riding and Game zone. The best place for vacationing if you love peace and want to stay away from City chaos. The Restaurant staff and buggy riders are very Polite and warm. My 1 yr daughter now has a new friend Ms. Shittri. It's fun place to enjoy holidays and many activities to do within the hotel premises. The food was great.

Cons:

1 or 2 managerial staff with a bit of not so good behaviour. The network issue is another thing lacking, they do provide the WiFi but it isn't working properly especially the TV which didn't work at all.

Worst resort in Udaipur

Breakfast was the only good thing about this property.

Cons:

Not recommended to anyone. This was my wrost resort experience. The staff was rude and non co operative. We paid the amountvof room and then asked them to add dinner in the package. They spent 30 minutes in doing this whole process and didn't give they room keys before completing diiner's paymnet (that too on arrival). We come to know the reason once reached at toom. Actually the room was not ready. Usual check in time was 2 pm and we reached there at 3 pm. Still room was alloted at 4 pm. Swimming pool was dirty and stinking. The staff was not co ordinating. The activity area has limited options. Phone at outdor activity area was not working 😕.
I will never recommend this option to anyone. Better find any 2 star hotel then this resort.
The balcony was dirty and there was no coffee table and chair in balcony. We had booked two room. One of them was too small as barely you can move around bed.
Beds were not kid friendly. The sharp edges of bed supports may cause injury to small kids.

Nice property for family vacations
Pros:

The property is beautifully designed with ample space in rooms. Food is delicious. F&B Manager, Mr. Yogesh, personally took interest and served well.
