In der Summe nett, aber dann doch recht teuer.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, um die Ecke zum Campo di Fiori und an einem kleinen Platz mit zwei soliden Restaurants und einem Café. Letzteres empfiehlt sich für ein typisch italienisches Frühstück mit Croissant und Café, wenn man sich die 25€ für das Frühstück im Hotel sparen möchte. Die Dachterrasse ist schön und für Gäste unkompliziert nutzbar. Bestellungen für die Terrasse gibt man an der Rezeption auf (10€ für einen soft drink), wir konnten sie aber auch einfach so abends nutzen, um zum Abschluss des Tages den Blick über die Stadt zu genießen.

Cons:

Unser Standard Zimmer (classic) war auf der 1. Etage, es war sauber, und eingerichtet wie abgebildet. Das Zimmer ist klein, und das sehr schmale Fenster geht zum Innenhof, das Zimmer hat dadurch fast kein Tageslicht, auch bei hellem Sonnenschein ist das Zimmer ohne Lampe komplett dunkel.

Pros:

Excellent location and staff. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room and it was teeny tiny and on the top floor that was not serviced by a lift. Reception offered to store my suitcase downstairs knowing there was no room for it in my room. I can’t imagine how small the standard rooms are! No assistance with luggage offered.

A restful and comfortable stay in a central location with loads of appeal
Pros:

Great central location in the historic centre, next to Campo die Fiori and an easy walk from all the major sites and attractions. The fifth floor room seemed recently renovated and, although it overlooked the small piazza containing three busy restaurants, the windows offered perfect sound-proofing around the clock and afternoon naps and night-time sleep was thoroughly peaceful.

My partner found the mattress a bit on the hard side, but the staff immediately made up an extra duvet which made it somewhat softer.

The newly refurbished roof-top terrace is a huge bonus, with a romantic 360 degree view of the domes, roof tops and nearby piazzas. Drinks are delivered by the staff from a nearby bar and are a bit pricey, but in the context it felt like a worthwhile luxury.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
