The hotel and nearby apartments were we stayed were charming, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. Our first time in Rome and this was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, the location to restaurants and bars was perfect great food and drink on your doorstep.

The location was excellent, right in the historic area. The service was perfect, the staff were very helpful, and the beds were comfortable.
The staircase leading to the room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The room was extremely hot when we arrived, and one air conditioner did not feel sufficient for the space.

Kind of far from the hotel front desk.
We have stayed in Rome many times and this is my second stay at this hotel and i am convinced it offers the best you can find for the money in Rome. First of all the location is amazing -- Campo De Fiore is close to all the major attractions, and it is right on top of the piazza - which is one of the best in Rome. Secondly, the hotel is so well appointed -- the rooms are comfortable, quaint, but offer all the modern amenities. We were there in August and I doubt there is any other hotel that offers better air conditioning. The rooftop deck has incredible views and is so lovely for a drink at night. Finally, the staff at the hotel are so professional and caring -- especially Valentina and Adam at the front desk. They take such good care of you it feels like you are talking to old friends. We are already planning to go back to Rome and would not stay anywhere else.
I really do not have anything negative to say about the hotel or the staff -- i wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for business or pleasure.
