Overall nice experience except their attitude for making extra cash but not helping their customers.
Pros:

Location was nice. Food was really good, hours are flexible. It was clean. Friday live music was good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude from some people in the reception. One guy told me I can have airport transfer for 20 dollars, later that night another guy told me its actually 30 dollars. I called an uber and it was 10 dollars. They also mislead me about going to Batroun, try to sell me 100 usd with taxi. I do not understand the way they try to do business with their customers through taxis.

This is literally the best hotel we’ve been in for a while! It was our first time ever in Lebanon and we didn’t know what to expect honestly. We had a really early flight to get here and were exhausted and the receptionist Wosam greeted us with a smile and said that he will manage his next to get us an early check in he even made sure to put our bags at hold in a safe place so a heavy load got lifted off us. He also suggested to go have a look at the hotel and go to the restaurant while we wait, we got to know where everything is so that we’re prepared for the next day knowing we won’t get overwhelmed over what to do. Honestly everyone at the hotel was treating us with such great respect and made us feel welcome here. Even the manager Fadeah helped find us the best room to relax in. The kindest person you would meet! She made sure that the room was perfect and comfortable for us before she left. The room we stayed in smelled amazing the cleaning was honestly on point. If we needed anything extra it was provided within a minute! You would not find such amazing service anywhere else 😊

No Water Bottles, No Hairdryer, No Iron, No Fireplace. Whatever they put there on Booking.com it wasn't in that room
