Location
Room wasnt clean
Staff and food were lovely
Swimming pool could do with a revamp
The location was good
Didn't find the staff to be welcoming,
specifically the host at breakfast service
No lake view was put in a room at end of corridor at back of hotel other side from lakeside
Position and comfort lots of sofas and great views. Good food and friendly staff
All good
Everything was excellent. Our room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and felt new. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and spa area. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, where a pianist was playing live music in the evening, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the views over the lake are stunning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay.
Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Location is great. Food lovely. Very clean.
Our room was facing the lake but view was blocked by huge evergreen trees.
Beautiful scenery comfortable room nice staff
Our meal was disappointing
Location, views and bar.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Nice hotel,good-sized rooms and facilities. Great location alongside the lough. Service was good and staff courteous and friendly. Good traditional breakfast and restaurant for meals and snacks. Plenty of parking space
No air conditioning is a drawback in very warm weather. They try to compensate for this by providing electric fans.
Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings
Great food , lovely staff and pristinely clean
We had a great time the only thing was the rooms would need air conditioning as the weather was very hot kate in the bar was so nice
The setting was lovely, very relaxing overall a good hotel
On the last night there was a lot of noize from the room next door, sound seemed to carry easy from the room next door considering the quality of the hotel it was dissapointing .
The location is amazing, good breakfast, lovely rooms, friendly staff
