Pros:

Cisza, spokój. Smaczne śniadanie

Cons:

Pokój wygląda na czysty na wejściu ale jak się człowiek przyjrzy to wiszą pajęczyny. Listwy przypodłogowe nie widziały czyszczenia już długi czas. Ale jest to jedyny minus tego miejsca.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit keinem guten Anfang.
Pros:

Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet war extrem zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Apartment sehr sauber, tolle Lage.
Frühstücksbüffet sehr schön mit großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich. Totales Desinteresse und nicht mal eine Begrüßung. Mitarbeiter waren total genervt und fühlten sich in ihrer privaten Unterhaltung gestört.
Das war das unmöglichste einchecken, welches ich je erlebt habe.

Nettes, tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Wirklich alles hat gepasst. Netter Empfang mit nützlichen Tipps.
Die kurzen Wege ( Restaurants, Eisdiele und Bäcker)
Die Ostsee vor der Tür.
Die Ruhe in diesem Riesen Komplex und das reichhaltige Frühstück.
Überdachter Stellplatz fast vor der Tür

Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage zum Strand, der Räumlichkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.

Cons:

Leider ist es … kompliziert.
Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war ehrlicherweise unterirdisch.
Der Mitarbeiter war mehr als wortkarg, alle Infos mussten ihm aus der Nase gezogen werden. Es gibt keinerlei Informationen zu weiteren Infrastruktur in der Umgebung.. es gab keinerlei Informationen zur Ausstellung und dem Gegebenheiten des Hotels.
Man muss absolut alles nach und detailliert hinterfragen.
Die Rezeption ist nur ab nachmittags besetzt, bis 22:00 Uhr.
D.h. spontane Besuche des Wellnessbereichs sind nicht möglich.
Es gibt 24 Stunden Karten, die eben vorher gebucht werden müssen, 9,90€/24h.
Sauna wird auf Nachfrage angeschaltet, Ruheräume sind sehr schön, allerdings werden die Fenster nur 10 cm aufgeschoben und man kann nicht nach außen gehen. Ist etwas unverständlich, weil das Gelände komplett umzäunt ist.

Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet, aber verwaist.

Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung der öffentlichen Bereiche sehr leer und karg.

Parken in der gegenüberliegenden Garage kostet 20 € /Tag.
Wir haben in 5 Minuten Entfernung öffentlich geparkt für 9,20 €/Tag.

Wer anreist und nicht plant, für 50 € sauber machen zu lassen, sollte sich definitiv Putzsachen mitnehmen.

Mimo dobrej lokalizacji (ok 100m do plaży) , wielkości apartamentu obiekt nie ma klimatu.

Cons:

Pokój dość ciemny (509) a zainstalowane bardzo oszczędne żarówki sytuacji nie poprawiały. Lampa z ptasich piór to magazyn kurzu - dodatkowo brak w niej było żarówki a więc brak oświetlenia nad stołem jadalnym. W łazience półeczka nad umywalką ruchoma - nie można było na niej nic postawić - spadało. Na ścianie pod półeczką jakiś rozmazany klej (?) - nie robiło to dobrego wrażenia. Ludzi mało - być może w sezonie obiekt żyje, ale na początku września jest niemal wymarły.

Schöne Tage in Prora mit Abstrichen.

Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon zur Küste, großzügige Unterkunft.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider durchgelegen, vom Nachbarbalkon zieht der Zigarettenrauch bei geöffneten Fenster ins Schlafzimmer. Verkleidung der Kühlschranktür war abgesplittert. Parkplatzkosten von 20 Euro pro Tag, leider total überzogen, da man gezwungen ist Mangels anderer Parkmöglichkeit den Überteuerten Parkplatz Vorort zu buchen.

Ruhige Lage, tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer mit Küchenecke. Sehr schön eingerichtet, grosszügig mit genügend Raum und Balkon. Ruhig gelegen, nahe Strand. Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort. Frühstücksbuffet mit vielfältiger Auswahl und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Zufahrt eher dezent beschriftet. Geschlossene Schranke bei der Zufahrt verwirrte - anscheinend ein technisches Problem, obwohl gemäss Aussage beim Empfang seit einer Woche bekannt, erfolgte keine vorgängige Information, wie die Zufahrt trotzdem möglich ist. Freundlichkeit beim Empfang "zweckmässig".

Zimmer / Appartement . Die Größe ist top. sauna im Bad top.
Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Balkon mit Ostseeblick. Parkhaus gegenüber vom Hotel.
Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Parkgebühren 20 Euro/Tag und extra Ausfahrticket für 2 Euro. Preis Leistung für das Frühstück zu teuer. Fitness und Schwimmbad muss extra bezahlt werden 10 Euro pro Tag und Person.
Bar hatte nie geöffnet???
