Hotel muy ameno para pocos dias
Pros:

Excelente habitación, bastante cómoda la cama en la suite. Hotel muy céntrico y tranquilo.

Cons:

Cuarto un poco reducido de altura, hay que cuidarse constantemente para evitar golpes.

A very pleasant stay with exceptional staff.
Pros:

All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and communicative. The outdoor patio was lovely, especially with the birdsong. My particular room was spacious, and had adequate storage for a few nights.

Cons:

In order to have ventilation, the windows needed to be open. But then there was little privacy, and you could hear all the other guests. There were no screens on the windows, but perhaps there are few mosquitoes; I don’t know.
A fan in the room would be VERY helpful.
The bed in my particular room was horribly creaky, as was the door to the bathroom.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera era molto umida e c’era puzza di muffa e questo ci obbligava a tenere costantemente le finestre aperte.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed - overall quiet space perfect for rest. The hammocks in common area were cool.

Cons:

The room could use a little renovation, especially the wall paint. And the cloth rack was a little unstable/small, could use more space for clothes and luggage.

Pros:

We are a couple from the UK who stayed at Casa Azabache for six nights. We specifically booked the en-suite room with its own kitchen area and found it incredibly functional for cooking our own meals. There is also a great shared kitchen, and the team kindly made us a coffee to kick-start our mornings. The walk-in wardrobe provided plenty of clothes storage space, though we’d suggest adding a mirror to the main room area in addition to the one in the en-suite.
​The room and all shared areas were kept spotlessly clean. Communication from start to finish was excellent; we deeply appreciated being given an early check-in after a long overnight bus journey, as well as the flexibility to store our luggage before catching another night bus after check-out.
​Many of our interactions were with Miguel, who was incredibly thoughtful and conscientious, an attitude shared by the entire team. Though our Spanish is limited, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect for reaching the main areas of San Cristóbal, and the hotel offers fantastic value.

Cons:

Not a quibble..suggestion to have a mirror in main room would be convenient.

Der Kommunikation verlief super und reaktionsschnell. Das Gepäck konnten wir nach der Nachtfahrt problemlos abstellen und uns frisch machen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und die Zimmer super sauber.

Pros:

Hermosa casa remodelada en hotel. Con un patio interno muy lindo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilador. La unica forma de ventilar la habitación es abrir la ventana que da al patio. El baño tiene salida unicamente a la habitación por lo que se llena de humaded. Tendrían que mejorar ese punto si o si, tuvimo 37 grados en fines de abril.

Cobran un 8% extra si se paga con tarjeta.
