Ottima location, qualche dettagli migliorabile
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale sotto la Tokyo Tower, con diverse linee metro a meno di 200 metri e la Yamanote raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Staff gentile e disponibile. Comoda anche la lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici.

Cons:

La camera, pur essendo pubblicizzata come 16 m², sembrava molto più piccola (tipo quelle degli Apa). Alla fine ce la siamo fatta cambiare con una piú grande (20mq). Inoltre la colazione “inclusa” consiste in un credito da utilizzare allo Starbucks al piano terra e non in una vera colazione d’hotel, una soluzione che può risultare limitante per chi ha esigenze alimentari particolari.

Pros:

Great location! Very clean! Well designed compact room & bathroom, works very well. Shower very good, generous toiletries in bathroom, also at reception.
Good coffee machine at reception. Filtered water available anytime.

Cons:

Bed a little too firm.
Perhaps this is a cultural difference.

Un hotel comodo, un po' costoso
Pros:

staff molto disponibile, posizione comoda per Haneda e per la metro di Daimon, disponibili varie amenities

Cons:

la pulizia, il comfort della stanza, l'insonorizzazione, la vista (orrenda), l'organizzazione degli spazi (le dimensioni della stanza sono buone per Tokyo ma non ben sfrutttate, a differenza di altre catene), il prezzo elevato

Pros:

We booked the Richmond Tokyo Shiba for its closer proximity to Haneda Airport at the end of our Japan trip. In this respect it was excellent. A few minutes walk to the Monorail Hamamatsucho station and trains every 10 - 15 mins . Hotel itself was as described, lots of freebies in the reception , Over and above the usual comb, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Room fine , basic but appropriate for cost paid. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend for a night or two if like us you are leaving from Haneda.

Another good find for short time stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Very clean, but smaller room than expected,but then again it is near the heart of Tokyo. Convenient for lots of restaurants in this more business area. Still close to metros which allowed you to travel into main areas like Shibuys and Shinjuku. Staff very friendly. Close walk to Tokyo tower and east to get over Rainbow bridge for joytopolis.

Cons:

Room smaller than I would have liked and duvets really heavy with bed close to wall, so you have to scramble over your other half if you need the loo.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The location is the highlight! Very well located, closely to subway stations and nice surrounding to walk around. Several shops and good restaurants close by as well. There is a Starbucks right next door which is very convenient as well. The service was great, and the accommodation was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing I can think about. Perhaps one suggestion is to add an extra pillow to the bed.
